It was tricky to lock and unlock the apartment door as there was a lot of play in the mechanism. There were many unmarked buttons to control the lights which sometimes turned off on a motion sensor without warning.

We were in the top floor which meant we got the view but also the steep stairs - with our suitcases. I know it should have been obvious given the age of all the buildings, but it would have been good to be reminded & prepared for 3 flights of steep stairs.

Excellent location for sightseeing with a stunning view of the city. Lovely, light filled apartment. Host provided really clear directions, instructions & helpful information so we were able to find close by parking easily, despite how busy the city was.

Would have appreciated a bit more room. I believe some have a settee/ sofa as well as a bed so if we returned here would most likely select this, if price wasn't too much higher.

Beautiful location next to an imposing bridge and within just a few minutes walk of breathtaking Verona. Room rather small, but was clean and shower very good (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel included). Friendly receptionist who helped out when we needed a cushion for an opera concert at the Arena (Aida - wow wow wow). But what a lovely bolt hole to explore this stunning city - Grazie!

Great location, very clean. The room was fine for a few nights stay. The room had some handy things like the steam iron! The staf were really helpful and friendly. No issues would stay again. Close to the river and short walk into the town centre.

The studio is designed to be self-catering, but didn't have the little things such as tea, coffee, milk, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, etc, that make a difference. A small selection of tea bags and a couple of coffee sachets were made available, but we had to ask for refills. The stairs to the 3rd floor room were poorly lit and the bathroom was very small. Other than the size of the bathroom, these little things make a big difference and it is this attention to detail that is missing. A shame as the studio was lovely.

The room is a bit small, parking your car must be 3 minutes far and lifting your luggage to the second floor is a bit hard.

Bedroom on the second floor had very bad insulation to the apartment upstarts and the stairs, the neighbours came home late and we were woken up as then walked up the stairs and around in their apartment

There is no elevator, so if you travel with luggage you have to carry it upstairs 3 floors.

The location is the most convenient, right in front of Ponte Pietra, with the most stunning views of the city. The apartment is beautifully decorated and is very comfortable. There are plenty of parking lots nearby.

Room Was small and up two flights of stairs- we had big bags, so it was difficult carrying them up to the room

The detail regarding how to get the right bus from the railway station was insufficient, especially considering how many bus stops there were. More detail on what stand the bus departed from would have helped a lot, as we had to get a taxi in the end because we couldn't find the correct stop.
