She gave us great tips to get the best out of our trip and she was always present if we needed something. -Easy check in, cleaning done everyday, well served by Tramvia 🚊 that made the commute to the city center convenient. - closed by a great restaurant and very safe! - great cappuccino in the morning!

I honestly like everything about this place.

I like everything about this place. I recommend for people traveling with kids, they have the best family room. The staff at the hotel are super friendly and very welcoming. It’s located nearby to the city center which makes it easy for us to walk around.

The sounds of the next doors are easily heard. People talked loudly, the flashing sound was also hearable. I would like people to talk a bit calmly when it's night and early morning.

Except for the sound issue, everything was perfect! Not too in the city, this was also I liked it. Breakfast was pretty good and they made coffee for us! The staff were very kind. The tram stop was very close, very convenient. The owner was also very kind, when I asked a question by WhatsApp, he replied to me right away:)

Everything was absolutely perfect!

Such a great B&B! Big and clean room, wonderful host who made breakfast and cappuccinos everyday. We were able to walk to all the sites and never had to take a taxi anywhere.

İt was very clean and comfortable, shower was big and didn’t make the whole bathroom wet. not too far to most main attractions,25 minute walk or you can take the tram which is right in front of the door. The breakfast was fresh and had enough choices to suit us all. The staff were very friendly and kind. Had its own car park for extra per night or street parking easily available. Would stay again

The property is 1.5 km away from all the cathedrals, old part, shopping district and restaurants , which makes it very easy to reach everything on foot. Rebecca is extremely nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. There is breakfast included in the price and they can improve in this end, as there’s not a big choice truly, but this is not an issue at all - i mean you’re in Firenze you can eat literally everything everywhere. Lovely stay we had ☺️

Cozy and confortable bedrooms. The owners were really nice and helpful. The breakfast can be adapted to celiac people. Also the B&B is close to the main train station (15 mins) so it’s really convenient if you want to visit more cities.

It can feel a little scary entering the property at night if you are alone as it sits back in a parking lot of other buildings, but I was fine. The rooms on the front of the building also have a patio, but these are ope to the parking lot.

It is a small property but that was fine with me. The property is bare bones but it is very clean and comfortable. The inside room that small outside patios. The location was great! About a 10 minute walk to the train station and 15 minutes to the center. The tram is just outside the facility. It is a little hard to find the first time as it sits back in the parking lot of other buildings. Communication from the owner was very good through WhatsApp. Breakfast was just right. I plan to stay there again.

Just a minor thing, but I would have loved to have more option to hang our towels on and a mirror in the room would be really handy.

The staff was very helpful. The location is perfect, near T2 tramline. For breakfast they have really good pastry and ham and cheese. The bed was comfortable. Everything worked perfectly.
