-Great staff, Rebecca was helpful and kind. She gave us great tips to get the best out of our trip and she was always present if we needed something. -Easy check in, cleaning done everyday, well served by Tramvia 🚊 that made the commute to the city center convenient. - closed by a great restaurant and very safe! - great cappuccino in the morning!

Nothing I didn’t like. I wished we had a more continental breakfast (eggs, bacon, vegetables, etc).

I like everything about this place. I recommend for people traveling with kids, they have the best family room. The staff at the hotel are super friendly and very welcoming. It’s located nearby to the city center which makes it easy for us to walk around.

I honestly like everything about this place.

Except for the sound issue, everything was perfect! Not too in the city, this was also I liked it. Breakfast was pretty good and they made coffee for us! The staff were very kind. The tram stop was very close, very convenient. The owner was also very kind, when I asked a question by WhatsApp, he replied to me right away:)

The sounds of the next doors are easily heard. People talked loudly, the flashing sound was also hearable. I would like people to talk a bit calmly when it's night and early morning.

Such a great B&B! Big and clean room, wonderful host who made breakfast and cappuccinos everyday. We were able to walk to all the sites and never had to take a taxi anywhere.

Everything was absolutely perfect!

İt was very clean and comfortable, shower was big and didn’t make the whole bathroom wet. not too far to most main attractions,25 minute walk or you can take the tram which is right in front of the door. The breakfast was fresh and had enough choices to suit us all. The staff were very friendly and kind. Had its own car park for extra per night or street parking easily available. Would stay again

The property is 1.5 km away from all the cathedrals, old part, shopping district and restaurants , which makes it very easy to reach everything on foot. Rebecca is extremely nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. There is breakfast included in the price and they can improve in this end, as there’s not a big choice truly, but this is not an issue at all - i mean you’re in Firenze you can eat literally everything everywhere. Lovely stay we had ☺️

Wonderful stay, really clean with good space and host was very kind and helpful! They also provided water!

The location is good

There is no one at the reception, no employees, most importantly, the rooms are full of mosquitoes, when I entered the room there were at least 8-9 big mosquitoes. There is no soundproofing, if someone sleeping in the next room is snoring you can hear it very clearly. There is no one you can tell if you have any discomfort or requests. When the cleaning staff starts the vacuum cleaner in the early hours of the morning, you can hear it very clearly.

Very clean. Very safe. Very nice host, she immediately responds to questions.

Good location: quiet, yet not very far away from the city center (25min on foot). The host is very welcoming and nice, thank you for everything!
