We stayed here for the last night of our holiday. The room was pleasant and the owner were very hospitable and helpful. The property is beautiful, serene and has good energies. I consider the breakfast we had the next morning to be one of the highlights of the whole trips - Having a delicious breakfast with a bonus homemade blueberry pie while watching that gorgeous view from the balcony was a wonderful end to our holiday.

Air conditioning is available only in the bedroom, but I believe that opening the windows in the living room lets in a nice breeze and makes it more comfortable.(we were in the middle of august)

Everything was amazing, a perfect end to our vacation. The location is great: very close to the airport yet surrounded by nature, with beautiful views and blueberries fields. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast, and the hosts were wonderfully warm and welcoming. We are family of five so they added an extra bed for us the very comfortable and beautiful designed place we stayed in. The kitchen in the room is well equipped and We’re so glad we found this place! Wish we had few more hours to enjoy more of this place. Thank you !

We had a wonderful stay! Margaret was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our visit. We chose to have breakfast and really enjoyed it—Margaret’s blueberry cake was a delicious highlight! The accommodation was spotless, with comfortable beds and well-functioning A/C. The property is beautifully maintained and offers a stunning view from the top of the hill. We would love to come back again someday! Highly recommended.

I wasn’t so keen on the toilet only being separated from the bed with a partition, I prefer privacy in that department!

This is a stunning location with spectacular views. Everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming, accommodations were made for my husband’s feather allergy, we were helped to order a pizza for delivery, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

Not necessarily a con, just something to be aware of: we stayed in the cheapest/smallest room; the room was as described and is best suited for a solo traveler or couple, as there isn’t much separation between the bathroom and bedroom (the clear glass door of the shower directly faces the bedroom.

We stayed for one night after flying into Malpensa late in the evening. The directions to arrive were clear, and both the humans and dogs who greeted us were very friendly. In the morning, we enjoyed a run around the area , which is quite rural and peaceful. We also had breakfast on the terrace (15 euro extra paid the day of) and enjoyed the fresh eggs and blueberries from their farm.

The property had a wonderful view of a river from high up on their balcony. They also had a large property surrounding the rooms which made you feel like you were in the middle of a wonderful lush forest.

Staying at this beautiful B&B was one of the most heartwarming experiences of my travels. This lovely family treated me not like a guest, but like one of their own. The kind and generous mother, was incredibly welcoming from the very beginning. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable—offering me different room options and even lending me her phone charger for my entire stay. Her warmth and kindness truly made me feel at home. I will never forget the magical feeling of being surrounded by butterflies on their peaceful farm. A heartfelt thank you to the father, who kindly drove me to the supermarket and waited so patiently until I finished—such a rare and generous gesture. And to their son Nicola, thank you for the free ride to the airport; your kindness made my journey even more special. The breakfast was another highlight—everything fresh from their farm, especially the homemade cheese and the blueberry jam, was simply unforgettable. This family made my stay more than just a trip—it became a beautiful memory I’ll carry with love. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Our only regret? We only had one night to spend here! I’d happily come back and stay longer to soak in the peaceful vibe and beautiful scenery. Highly recommended!

We stumbled upon this hotel completely by chance, and it turned out to be the best choice of our trip! Perched on top of a hill with its own garden and grounds, this place is like a hidden sanctuary. The terrace is amazing – it has a panoramic view over the Ticino River and is the perfect spot to watch the sunset. Sitting there, taking in the view, was just magical. Breakfast here was a treat, too, with delicious homemade lemonade and jam. And if you stay for dinner, you’re in for a real feast; it all looks like a piece of art! The whole place feels lovingly crafted, and you can tell the owners care deeply about it. They’re a wonderful family – super friendly and genuinely interesting people who make you feel right at home.

I can only give my highest of regards. No negative to mention

Among the many hotels we stayed during 1 week in italia, milano, bergamo, bologna, fano modena, Arezzo, Marmari beach with even posh hotels we enjoyed this the most. It was personal, felt like family and really good taken care of. If you are spoiled and only want high end luxury then this is not for you, unless you are humble and thankful. This is for those who value nature, the rustic, the family feel, to be in the nature, to those who want to lower your shoulders, breath air, walk in nature simply relax without being served on a silver plate.

We loved absolutely everything about this place. The room was excellent, very clean with beautiful views, the breakfast was perfect and the whole area was just magical. Nic and Julia were so lovely to our family and made us feel at home. Nic gave us great advice about activities nearby and we definitely recommend hiking through the forest and going to the beach (about 15min). The dogs, Zoe and Zeppola in particular, were also a huge highlight for my kids.

Airplane traffic noise can be disturbing at times.

Breakfast was fantastic. As this is a farm, we received many delicious homemade products, especially blueberries! Usually, breakfast is served on a balcony with a beautiful view, but due to the rain, we had it indoors.

I just loved the beautiful nature around the property. Familiy was very very friendly and helpful. The pick-up from Malpensa was so helpful. Their dogs were adorable. The room was very cosy, the breakfast was excellent with homemade blueberry jam and pie. I practiced yoga on their terrace, which was so nice. I highly recommend their place if you love nature and appreciate genuiness.
