Hostess was very informative and told us all about the property explaining everything clearly and concisely. Gave us an amazing place to have dinner. The breakfast was lovely, I forgot to mention one was gluten intolerant so did't have breakfast available, but would have if given enough time. Short walk to this amazing resturant: Via Pasteria

Not a lot really, the toilet is a bit noisy when flushing but it's not a huge problem

The host was amazing and made sure everything was explained, all the keys to the grounds and the room, coffee machine, the breakfast etc The room was well laid out and had plenty of storage space. The location of the property meant it was lovely and quiet to get a good night's sleep which is something we hadn't found in previous properties. It's really easy to walk into the main town to see the attractions.

It’s a former apartment turned into B&B so sound isolation between the hallway and the rooms is not great.

The bathroom needs updating, although it is operational. Breakfast could have more variety. There is no reception, so we need to match the arrivel time with the hostess.

The hostess is very friendly and is always ready to help. The place is very well located, close to several points of interest. The building is in a gated community, very safe and nice place. There is a coffee machine and water available, which is very pleasant. Every day the room is cleaned and towels changed.

Beds were uncomfortable. Shower was so so. Location ok. Stayed longer than planned at much nicer hotel near Milan Centrale for surprisingly a lower cost with free full breakfast.

The person helping us check in was very nice and helpful. The place was clean - AC worked kind of ok- it was very hot in Milan.

The bed was a bit narrower than expected (single bed) but I was still comfortable. There can be a bit of a "cold war" with other guests over the aircon since it's shared across all rooms (was way too cold for me at night) but I won the battle the second night I stayed there :)

Loved that it was so quiet, tucked away in a quiet courtyard. The hostel was more like an apartment in an apartment building that was converted into individual rooms. The host was only there durinng certain hours daytime but was really welcoming and went out of her way to get gluten free breakfast options for me. The breakfast was already brought to the room the day before, which is great for having breakfast in bed :)

the hotesse was very kind and helpfull and the position of the hotel is close to duomo only 1000 m walking to arrive . the metro station is about 500 m

Nothing - only the rain on the last day!

The property was a short walk from the city centre so very convenient for our visit. Even though ground floor flat, it is part of a secure locked apartment block with locked gated entry so felt very safe and secure. Slept with windows open and no issues. Despite proximity to central Milan was quiet at night and early morning. It was very clean, breakfast was provided every day, and the beds were comfortable.

The bathroom was not that good (small and old). The bed was not the most conformable as well.

Good location. Close to restaurants, drugstores. You can go to the main attractions of the city just by walking.

Nothing that we didn't like. But just some things for future travelers. There is no reception in this place, so you have to communicate with the host when you will arrive. And there is no kitchen or breakfast place as such - the breakfast is given to guests in the evening. The breakfast includes one croissant for each guest, fruits, espresso capsules, small packages of juices. It was enough for us, and it gives the flexibility in the morning. However, breakfast could be a bit richer.

Location is great, it is located in a nice and safe part of Milan. Staff was really nice and supportive. There was a great coffee machine.
