A lovely gem of a B&B in The Capo district near to the famous street food market and close to all tourist attractions. A delightful modern room stylishly done and well equipped. Fabulous breakfast with a perfect level of attention from staff. All the staff were friendly and well informed regarding Palermo so had good recommendations. Lovely. Highly recommended.

This was a very enjoyable place as a solo traveler. From the room to breakfast it felt very comfortable and relaxing. It was very hot and I can confirm the AC was excellent in my room. When I checked in I was asked if I had any food allergies. I do (celiac). I was accommodated at breakfast with a gluten free pastry that was excellent. Truly appreciated!

Just a few repairs needed here and there but otherwise the rooms were superb.

I don't know where to begin- but just to thank Fanny for her wonderful wonderful welcome and warmth she gave to us. The B&B was lovely to stay in but Fanny just made it feel like a home - She answered our questions with a smile, helped with our requests and I never felt like it was too much to ask for something. It was a beautiful trip from start to finish and I know exactly where to return, and will be telling my friends about this place! Thank you to everyone who made it a trip to remember.

The neighborhood is a bit sketchy during certain hours of the day when the Capo Market is not happening (should’ve done my research!).

The staff was so lovely and attentive (Fanny, Andrea and Tarsila!), the hotel very nice and great breakfast. Would recommend!

I don't really have any major complaints - but know that it's located in the older part of the city, so roads are very narrow and crowded with people, scooters and cars. This means your taxi is likely to drop you off a few blocks away, be ready to walk. Oh and the glass desk didn't have a chair. I didn't do that much computing work (nothing that required a mouse) but that would have been useful.

Conveniently located, friendly staff available throughout much of the day. Building with significant history and the mural in the dining room was impressive. The staff helped me to book a cab (rideshare apps don't really work very well in Palermo) and was willing to watch my luggage while I was gone. They were easy to communicate with and proactive. Breakfast was open late and the AC was sufficient to cool off my room. I was able to use the internet to VPN in to my server back in the USA for work. It was possible to make the room very dark, which was helpful for adjusting my sleep schedule.

The interior of the property is very elegant. We particularly enjoy the morning breakfast in the garden. It is conveniently located to the market and places of interests within walking distance.

The property is a gem in that location. It’s at a nondescript area which has no direct access to cars but once you are inside, it’s a different world. The hosts, Fanny and Andrea, are very friendly, helpful and will go all the way out to make you feel comfortable during your stay. They have even prepare a surprise cake for my daughter’s birthday.

Perhaps a tea/ coffee station in our room. Would love to have sat in the tranquility of the garden outside our room with an early morning coffee. However tea and coffee were available in the dining area at all times.

A perfect location. Very walkable. Fanny made sure that we were familiar with the many places of interest that are to be found in Palermo and also had excellent dining suggestions. Andrea was very helpful, organising a transfer for us and charging our phones! Breakfast was excellent - something for everyone. Beautifully presented and delicious. Would really recommend this delightful B&B - very keen to return for a longer stay!

Nothing. Excellent B& B with lots of restaurants in walking distance and steps away from the street food stalls

A tranquil oasis in the midst of a busy city. An old villa with a shaded garden, breakfast terrace, lovely pastries and fresh coffee. My room was spacious with a huge bath, ice cool in the city heat and very welcome. Very helpful staff who went beyond to ensure your stay in Palermo went well

Located on the centre of the old city, this property was a quiet oasis in a busy area of the city. Close to markets, good shopping and a parking station. The staff went the “extra mile” and provided a beautiful breakfast and great options for all our needs during our stay. The lift was a bonus for our luggage

Our room was a little noisy at night as it backed onto a small alleyway but it didn’t go on beyond 11/12. I would definitely ask for a quieter room next time as we were effectively next to the kitchen. This was not the fault of the hotel we specifically asked for a quad room and they only have two. Speak to Fanny and just let her know what you’re looking for they have plenty of rooms that are much quieter.

It is located very close to the food markets, restaurants and many beautiful sites. The building is very traditional and it does have a lift. The bedrooms are air conditioned and the bedding and mattresses are very good, as are the bathrooms, the shower pressure is brilliant and the towels are replaced every three days. There is hand soap and body wash. The staff are extremely helpful as is Fanny, the lady who runs the B&B nothing is too much trouble and they will look to help and resolve any issues you may have. We were greeted by Fanny, offered a drink and she even took time to explain the history of the building before showing us our room. Breakfast is served on a beautiful terrace surrounded by orange and lime trees. The owner of the building is very charming and speaks very good English also. Fanny organised a taxi back to the airport for us, recommended some great places to eat and drink and made our visit very lovely. We would definitely go back and stay again. Thank you to everyone at the St Agostino for making it a holiday to remember. Amanda and Richard

Some outlets didn't work well. Some of the baked goods at breakfast wasn't as fresh and I saw some mold on the toast.

Really nice B & B with a good breakfast. The staff was really nice but some outlets didn't work well. The neighborhood is okay but is close to many sites, walkable.

We had a great stay at this BnB: perfectly situated in the center, wonderful and kind welcome from the staff, great room (large and comfortable), beautiful common terrace, tasty breakfast, and exceptional help given! We were given great visit recommendations and Fanny could help us with a shuttle (great deal for money) to the airport last minute while we checked out. We highly recommend this BnB!

Breakfast window was too small. The toilet complements like shampoo, conditioner etc. were missing. Generally the facilities look much better in pictures than in real.
