The lift did not work It was noisy in the evening on the streets downstairs but we did not care much. The cleaning ladies who passed by were hostile. They did not greet and made a very grumpy face. Probably nothing to do with us but very unprofessional anyway. The plant tubs on the terrace would have to be disposed of. Not a pretty sight.

The apartment was nice, big and comfy. The lady who checked us in and served breakfast was extremely friendly and caring. Our apartment was not available because of a technical problem but she came up with a solution.

The lift was broken during my visit. The host was apologetic and kind, but my luggage was heavy and I recently hurt my back prior to my holiday.

You can hear the bells ringing very loudly from the church, and it woke us up every day starting from 7 am.

Beautiful accommodation, in a very central area. The little terrace on the roof is just dream. The breakfast was delicious, everything was very clean and Monica and the cleaning lady were super nice and available.

It wasn’t an issue for us however there are quite a few stairs to get up to the apartment. There is a lift you can put your bags in but it is very slow - not accessible for older people or those with accessibility issues.

There was nothing not to like, only tiny comment would be variety of breakfast, it was lovely but for 3 days it was exactly the same. If we had stayed any longer it would have been nice to have something a little bit different

There is a pedestrian zone nearby, so there was a bit of street noise at night.

The apartment is really nice and spacious. If you want to be close to the center, the location is great. The breakfast was very good.

Honestly everything is great, except it is a bit low in the ceiling.

The accomadation is in wonderful location, evertwhere is pretty much in walking distance, while the room is still spacious and quiet. Beware that the elevator in the accommodation is very slow.

I loved Crema, I loved this place & my room was so lovely! Staff were really nice. The breakfast was lovely although it was the same thing everyday. Minus points because there was work being done on the roof so was unable to eat breakfast outside. Will definitely be returning 🤍

Everything was perfect! The only thing that would have made it even better was a lighter to light all the candles that were thoughtfully prepared for us.

I highly recommend this place! It was truly incredible, cozy, and felt like home. Unfortunately, we got stranded in Crema due to a national train strike, but the hotel owner was incredibly helpful and arranged a taxi for us to the airport, ensuring we got home safely. Thank you so much for everything! Oh, and the breakfast? That alone was worth five stars. "...Later!"
