Honestly this place exceeded our expectations big time. The place is even nicer than on the pictures. Beautiful hilltop location in the middle of olive trees. Very quiet and relaxing place, nice terrace and pool. Giulia is so warm and friendly host and she definitely made our stay unforgettable. She also recommended us very nice restaurants and wine tastings near by - she has a really good taste in both :) So happy that we picked Rosso Baccara :)

If anything then few small things that are easily fixable: 1. maybe breakfast could vary a bit. We stayed 4 nights and it was the same every morning. 2. pollows were a bit uncomfortable Other that that everything was super nice!

Giulia is a very warm and friendly host. She welcomes you with a big smile every morning and is always ready to answer your questions. We had the appartement which was spacious enough for 2 people and had all the stuff you need to eat, sleep and chill. We took the breakfast as well, which always included some homemade cake which we enjoyed! Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot and we would for sure recommend it!

The road towards the b&b is narrow and bumpy, not much Giulia can do about it but want to share for other people.

The accommodation was nice and clean. The host and her mother are very kind and hospitable. Breathtaking view from the terrace. Pleasant relaxation areas including a pool. The breakfasts were rich and varied. Excellent cheeses and cappuccino. I highly recommend.

The mattresses were less comfortable due to more springing when the partner turns.

Guila is the perfect host. Very good Italian breakfast with home made cakes. True Tuscany feeling.

Our second visit here and we stayed in the same separate apartment as before. The B+B is located off the main road down a small, rough track until you arrive at a parking area. It can be a little daunting to some people as it twists and turns a little but taking it slowly, even our small little car had no issues. I believe the road only goes to one other property so it isn't as if you will come across lots of traffic. We were welcomed again by Giulia who explained everything to us regarding the apartment. As she showed us around, we noticed that since our last visit, a new terrace area has been built which gives wonderful views over the surrounding olive groves and landscape. Various types of seating and tables are on offer so you can pick between bean-bags, a large comfy sofa, basic chairs and table or wicker style high chairs. It is the perfect setting for enjoying 'aperitif' in the evening. At night, a series of small lights that wrap around the terrace provides enough light to see what you are eating, drinking or perhaps reading. As our apartment had a small kitchen, fridge and coffee machine, we did not take the breakfast option on offer so we cannot comment on that. Our visit was in mid-July so each day we made good use of the outdoor pool area which is approx 20m from the main house/apartments building. At the pool area, there are mattresses which you can put out on the basic sunbeds and each sunbed area also has a small table, chairs and umbrella. The pool was spotlessly clean each day and in the 35C heat, it was a great way to cool down in the late afternoon. Because the B+B seems to mostly cater for adult couples and, because there are only a few apartments, the whole place was very quiet even in 'peak' time. We were told that the TV had netflix etc but we never even switched the TV on. WiFi was available and the internet connectivity was fast enough for our general browsing and messaging use.

    Nothing bad to report.

It was a super nice B&B in a top location. Highly recommended, but not really because otherwise too many people would go there.🫣😂 Speciale Giulia is very welcoming and helpful.
