Marco was such a lovely host , truly going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The location is good: close to the Vatican and well connected to public transport. The bed and breakfast is situated in a safe, quiet part of the city, and you’ll feel at home from the moment you arrive. Recommended for anyone visiting Rome!

Marco is a great host, he gave us a lot of information and answered all our questions. He also recommended us great places to eat and how to get around town easier. The room was very cozy and clean, the bed was comfortable. For us, the best feature of the room was the balcony, perfect for sipping your coffee in the morning sun and relaxing your feet after a day of visiting in the evening. If you are lucky you can see parrots flying around. The neighborhood is very quiet.

Very clean, affordable and calm area. I’d like to thank Marco for everything, he made our stay way more enjoyable! Room is big, has a very beautiful balcony. Nice breakfasts. You can use buses or metro (15 minutes walk) to get to the centre. Overall, it was such a nice experience!

The apartments are not very well sound insulated.

Extremely well located in a very chill neighbourhood, close to the bus station to the airport and other touristic attractions such as the Vatican. But the subway line that goes to many touristic points is also very close. The host was extremely helpful and nice, offering us all the details about public transportation and important touristic areas. Overall, great value for money.

Marco is a very nice host. He gave us many good advice on where to eat, where to go and also safety advice. Even it is not in the main tourist location, it is convenient to access the attraction points by public transport. The place is clean and the kitchen equipped with kettle and coffee machine.

We had no major problems. If we have to nitpick, the hair dryer was a bit old and its hottest setting was still not that hot.

Marco was an amazing host, very passionate, knowledgeable, fast responding. In general a very nice person. The room was very clean, great job on that. The breakfast was also nice with some selection of pastries, cereals and pre-toasted toast bread. There was also orange juice (not the 100% kind, but still it was there) and milk, these you can have some of at any time, not only at the breakfast. Thereis a fridge (in which the orange juice and milk are) that youcan use for your own groceries (there is one trayin the fridge per room) and there is a washing machine which you can use during the day if needed. There is a pod coffee machine which you can also use at any time. The balcony is also nice to nice. But the main advantage of this stay is Marco and I cannot stress enough how good the cleanliness was.

The location is perfect. Very close to metro and Vatican. Also bus from airport stops literally behind the corner. Very nice breakfast, coffee, tea and little treats available all day long. The owner is extremely helpful! He helped with everything I needed and more! Entire apartment was very clean and cleaning staff was extremely thoughtful (brought me extra blanket without asking). The bed is very comfortable. Overall very nice experience!

The location was fine. About 15 minutes from the metro station. We were unlucky, some metro stations were closed at our time.

Every morning the owner prepared fresh croissants for us. We always had coffee, tea and a kitchenette with a fridge at our disposal. The B&B had a private car ... they took us directly to the airport for a good price. It must be agreed in advance.

Everything exceeded our expectations. Room very neat, beds comfortable, air conditioning, balcony, clean bathroom. Breakfast ready in the kitchen every morning, snacks and coffee maker included. The owner very helpful and friendly. He offered help and tips on transportation and how the city works. You can turn to him at any time. Finally, he offered to store luggage if we needed. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

The place is situated away from the center which makes it a great space for relaxation. The owner is a very kind and will respond to any problems that you might face during your stay. Overall everything is in perfect state, AC also working.
