Location is great. Cleanliness was perfect. Host was great about answering questions.

Kitchen chairs uncomfortable. Took a bit to figure out the door lock.

Central and close to train station to visit Venice. Treviso is a lovely place, nice to be close to shops bars and restaurants.

A bit hard to find because it’s in an arcade so google maps confused

A very chic and spacious apartment, located in the best area of ​​the city. We had a very good time.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, super clean and comfortable. The place is nicer than in the pictures.

As others have already noted, you need to use stairs to reach the apartment but it is not a problem at all. It was very quiet at night despite the very heart of the town, and air conditioning worked well. We liked its spacious rooms and nice bonuses like free coffee capsules, oils, salt and everything for cooking. A large supermarket is just around the corner, and the railway station is just 5 minutes away. The hosts were very nice and reacted immediately when we missed kitchen utensils. We felt we're in good hands.

The beds, especially the sofa bed, could be more comfortable. There is no splendid view from the windows.

There were seats in the kitchen but not really a comfy place to sit.

I deliberately chose the Comfort apartment, clearly shown on my invoice. It had a washing machine and oven and a walk in shower plus a plan of the apartment. I did not get that apartment, what is the point of giving you a choice.

Cosy place, very centrally located, separate bedroom, well equipped kitchen, spacious, very nice host.

Hot water wasn’t reliable (felt like there was a shared boiler, so sometimes there was no hot water left). Heating system was also strange - too hot in the evenings but too cold during the day. Other than that - everything was perfect.

It was disappointing that the TV was not working and then the Wi-Fi did not work from the last night, but we appreciated that you tried to fix the TV when we called upon arrival and it appeared that there was a fault which could not be fixed

Having visited Treviso many times we were delighted with the location of the apartment and the well equipped kitchen, would recommend Rialto 13 for a short or long stay.

Beautiful design. Clean. Beautiful and safe area. Close to the train and bus station. Easy to find. Early availability for this time. My beautiful woman loved it.

made our own breakfast, very quiet in the apartment

if we'd known about the amount of steps, we would have chosen a different place, also the shower was very poor in the pressure and after 1 shower no hot water left for my partner to complete her shower.

We liked everything. 10/10 for location,size, cleanliness and communication
