Paying a tourist tax to acces to place when it's indicated that all has been paid on Booking.com No breakfast, we had to go outside for eating in the morning The bed lack in confort, the TV was working but no battery within the tv remotes. There is a kitchen but the fridge is not working so we couldn't had something fresh during our stay. The kettle was not working. The faucet is malfunctioning and it was difficult to clean our dished with no cleaning product

The communication with staff is abysmal. They almost never pick up the phone and answer questions in the messenger, which is crucial for the self-check-in system, which is linked to the local city tax payment. No one warned me that the doors would be locked until one pays it. So, after a long flight, I spent 20 minutes in front of the locked door of the building trying to reach them, but no one was answering the phone. This is horrendous. Aside from that, the furniture in the apartment is heavily, heavily worn.

The location and the price were nice. Also, there is a nice patio inside.

Online it did state either a double bed or twin bed and when booked I did request to book a twin which I didn’t receive, also the double bed that I had to share wasn’t the comfortable, you can tell that the mattress is really Old on how it actually felt sitting and lying in it, bed sheets felt really itchy. Bathroom was a good size, but the pressure on the shower head was awful and also the temperature of the hot water wasn’t hot. Not all light fixture was working, and onThe last day the bulb blew out so thank god it was the last day we was there. Expensive for what is was

They should care a little more for the costumer and not doubt about something simple as the beds setup.

It's near the station, supermarket and a pizzeria. The bed was wrongly setup for a couple even after I told them that we needed two separated beds, after a little discussion, where I needed to send a screenshot of the Booking app, they blamed the pour lady that promptly went back to the b&b to setup the beds correctly and make everything right.

Bathroom was very old and not really clean, the beds where not comfortable and there was comfusion at arrival because no password was given and had to contact the host, but it was resolved in a few minutes.

We would want it to be more clean, the floor was dirty and we didn't have a bath mat to dry our feet when we took shower. Something more, the toilet paper was one piece for 7 days of staying(not enough). Lastly, there was much noise early in the mornings and the other guests didn't respect the times of rest.

The communication with the host was very good. Also, the bed was super comfy and the bath was modern. The location of the place is nice, you have close to you super market,metro and the termini station.

The room wasn't as clean as one would expect, especially the bathroom. The bathroom floor didn't seem to have been vacuumed, and the sink, mirror and toilet were dirty. I would expect that lack of cleanliness at somebody's house, not at a place where many people come visit, and pay to stay at. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, where I could feel the feathers of the mattress. If you are a group staying in the same rooms, I hate to inform you that the extra beds in the room actually are made of several pillows and not an entire mattress, which doesn't feel too comfortable to me. TV also didn't work and the air condition was a bit loud, but these are things you can live with if you ask me. If the mattresses were to be changed to a more comfortable option, and if they would have cleaned the place more thoroughly, I would definitely come here again.

The rooms were very spacious, and it was a very good location to live in. It was a bit outside Termini and all the major tourist attractions, so the neighborhood felt very calm where many locals resided, but was still within walking distance from both Termini and Repubblica metro stations. You could also walk to the most famous monuments and attractions in the city from the B&B. The owner was available at all times and made the check-in process easy where she sent us clear instructions how to get into the building, which felt safe. I was a bit worried about the no staff situation but her virtual support throughout the whole process made it feel like any other hotel experience. In other words, I think you really do get your money's worth out of this B&B. I wanted to prioritize exploring the city and put money into that instead of an expensive hotel, so this is a good choice for you if you prioritize that as well.

We couldn't enter the room because we didn't receive the information for self-check-in beforehand, and no staff responded to messages or answered the phone. We waited for more than an hour without any service, and when we requested a cancellation since we needed to book another hotel at the last minute, they contacted us and refused to refund the money.

2 of 3 days I hadn’t hot water, there were 2 windows unfortunately both of them didn’t have a handle that why there were complete darkness all the time because they were fully covered with shutters. Whatsmore bathroom window didn’t have a handle neither and were permanently open but covered with shutters and it was freezing cold in bathroom and in the room when the bathroom door were opened

We first waited to review all other properties on our European vacation - the rest ranged from very good to exceptional. This accommodation, however, was by far the weakest of this trip, and all past overseas trips undetaken over 30 years. On arrival, we could not find the property. No signage, and eventually figured out it is an apartment off the street, with a small name on one of various buzzers. The buzzer was not answered, and we were left on the sidewalk. We eventually gained access through another occupant staying in one of the other bedrooms, who could fortunately speak some English. On entry we realised the property was managed remotely, with no management on site. We wanted to leave our bags at reception (nothing of the sort available) whilst exploring and whilst awaiting our check-in time (as other facilities offer with ease). To put it lightly, a considerable amount of difficulties and unpleasant (bordering on insulting) conduct was received from the proprietor (over the phonr). This was really sad, with it being my son's first visit to Rome (myself having visited before, and excited to return), and a really unpleasant start to our Eurpean vacation (which fortunately was exceptional through the rest of Italy, Switzerland and France after this distressing accommodation and experience. The facilities were average, and liveable, but the management/staff, were really distressing and disappointing, with a lack of what would otherwise be normal amenities.

How clear it was regarding the breakfast situation.

The location was perfect, close to the city center (accessible by foot) and very close to one of the two metro lines. Furthermore, walking distance from the main train station (Roma Termini). The place was clean and without problems regarding water pressure. The self check-in was convenient.

The apartment was dirty, very dirty, and it was cold inside. Such apartments should not be rented out in today's times. It was advertised as having a kitchen, but the fridge was unplugged and there was thawed, smelly food in the freezer! A broken faucet and dirt everywhere...
