I couldn’t control the air conditioner myself since was no remote and it got of a couple of times during the night. Location is perfect if you need i.e. to catch an early flight. Otherwise there’s not much to do there without a car

I picked this place cos my flight got cancelled. This was close to the airport and I read the shuttle service worked well. I requested to be picked up at 5. At 4:59 was Mrs Silvana at the gate . The common room and my room were very clean and tidy. The communication with Mr. Italo on WhatsApp worked very well. I got surprisingly quickly answers to every request. The person who gave me the keys Mrs Silvana doesn’t speak English. I think once everything is said on WhatsApp the language here is not a problem and you can always write Italo and ask him for help if needed.

A/C set on 26 C and controled remotely, switches on 9:00 pm, so forget about cool room before 9 o’clock. No water in the sink in the kitchen, have to wash fruit in the bathroom. B&B stands for Bead and Breakfast, try making breakfast without knifes of forks, only two teaspoons in the drawer.

Good location, close to train station - 2 minutes walk. Comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom.

Air conditioning is indeed not changable - it is setup for specific hours.

I really appreciate all the help from the host including airport transfer. We had bad luck and our air conditioning broke - immadiate reaction and willingness to help is something what I didnt even expect so I can rate the host for 11/10 ;) House was clean an convinient. Very good location - close to the bus and train, not too far from airport and shops around.

the host was so strict with his conditions It is fine but he makes us to feel disappointed. The saving energy policy is perfect but not in the way to deprive it’s tenants of conveniences. We was not able to use our air condition in the time we want only host was having the control with temperatures in the room and when it will work. He was playing the air conditioner only for a few hours in the day and that was disappointing.

The only downside is the system-controled AC, which was too strong and cold for us some nights and sometimes the room was quite hot.

it was very clean and we really appreciated the pickup service at the airport at midnight. Staff was very friendly and gave us many tips about the area as well. It has a small kitchen with microvawe and fridge, but you will need your own plates, knives etc.

The location has a centralized AC system, or this is what was told to us, and you can not control it. As a result, we had times when it was too cold and others when it was too hot. There is a kitchen area, but it can not be used properly: the sink is not working and besides a microwave, you do not have anything else: a kettle or a coffee maker. The bathroom had a fixed shower head, and it is difficult to have a proper shower there.

The room was clean, and the location is close to the airport (~10 minutes by car) and close to the train station (3-5 minutes walking). The beach is around 15 minutes walking distance. The host was really nice and let us leave our luggage before check-in time. We appreciated that. We had fresh towels frequently, almost every day.

Italo was a superb host. He picked us up from the airport after our flight was delayed and provided a late check in. In the morning, he was so kind and helpful - finding (and returning!) our toddlers special bunbun toy which he would be lost without! Thank you for making the beginning of our trip stress free!

We waited for the keys in the heat, at 17.00, for almost an hour, until the cleaning lady came for the check-in, from another location (even though we met the owner in the morning, so he could have given us the keys then). The owner needs to set up a better system for giving the keys to the guests (a digital key box, for instance). Also, he needs to stop turning on/off the air conditioning remotely: he kept insisting we tell him when we left the room and when we came back, so he could control it remotely (it was unacceptable, if you say you have air conditioning in the room, then the remote must also be in the room!). Plus, there was no air conditioning in the rest of the B&B (the hallways, the bathroom, the kitchenette), so it was really hot. Also, the kitchenette didn't include cutlery and plates, so you couldn't actually eat anything in there, and the water was turned off so you couldn't wash anything (the maid told us she has to "disinfect" the dishes after each guest). It was a really clean B&B, but the owner seemed desperate to cut costs at the expense of his guests. We also paid for a pick-up from the airport, for which he was late (again, we waited in the heat and then his car had no air conditioning...) and he still owes me 3 Euros, which he never gave back, as change.

Close to the train station. We received 2 bottles of water in the room and some coffee pods. It was very clean.

Charmless house in a charmless part of town. Left alone with the key. No breakfast facilities (one coffee capsule). Bathroom across the corridor with towels so old I couldn't dry myself. Damp sheets.

Picked me up from the airport (15€ charge), and the guy was very friendly. The place was clean.

The property is advertised as a "B&B", which means bed and breakfast. This is not the case. No breakfast was supplied. The prooperty advertises having a shuttle to- and from the airport. There was no shuttle available, and we had to take a taxi tto the property and back to the airport.. The fee is 20 euros for each trip. The is no staff in the premises except tor handling the keys to the room.

One of the rooms was clean and comfortable. In the other room the towels were smelly, and obviously not clean.

I think this property needs lots of refreshing and rearrangements as I would not go back there. Upon arriving we had to call the lady who was supposed to welcome us, she did not speak english and was not at the property, even though we noted the time of arrival, it took her 15 minutes to arrive. She was rude and unpleasant. When entering the property she did not let us enter the room because she had to arrange and clean up a bit before. She did not explain us anything as she did not speak our language but she could only tell us check out at 10 and there is no breakfast (in booking.com breakfast was available). Other MAJOR problems - air conditioner did not work - according to the owner whom I had to call in the night - "it turns on according to the room temperature, please close all doors and windows and it will work" - This was not told before, and it was extremely hot in the room, the AC did not work most of the night and I was upset that the owner could not help us at all. When paying such a high price I expect to have a remote controlled AC. The bathroom was dirty, no amenities provided (even though stated), there was old and used soap in the shower. We were a family of 3 and were provided only two towels. When speaking to the owner he demanded us to pay extra-charge because we have a baby child. However, it was clearly stated in my reservation that my child is included in my rate. Moreover, he refused to provide additional towel for my child or additional bed. Even though I came up to him with so many problems and that I need his help, he did not try to help me in anything, just greedily ask for money. I agreed to pay the fee as he requested as it was not so much and we agreed to meet in the morning and settle the payment. BUT nobody showed up in the morning and there was no one to speak to. I had so many problems in this property and would not recommend anyone to go there before properly arranging it.
