Great swimming pool surrounded by green.The breakfast, served on the terrace, is a real treat. Location is excellent; quiet, away from the crowds, but close to the lake.

Honestly the best experience that we have had at any type of lodging. I sound like an ad or a bit, but seriously awesome. Sandro was the best host, the location, while not being super easy to get to, is well worth it. The room was immaculate, the breakfast divine, and the service impeccable. We cannot recommend this place highly enough.

The only thing that could make it better is an easy way to get there. If you are driving, there is no problem, but the busses don’t run very regularly to this area and the terrain is uneven to get there.

The house with amazing garden and pool is beauty. Every single detail is thought of and creates beauty everywhere. The owner was very nice, polite and helpful. Breakfast was super delicious, with local products, fruits, juices and etc.

I was a bit surprised that the house it's on a road. It didn't disturb sleeping (you can close windows and etc.), however I think this information should be mentioned.

We had a very good stay! It was really a magical place where we had all possibilities to relax; a big swimming pool, a large balcony and a comfortable bed. Also the breakfast was delicious; fresh fruits, cheese, Italian ham, eggs. We will definetely come back if we are at Lake Garda again.

Wonderful hospitality, incredible location and a perfect place for us and our dog to spend the days of the vacation. We will definitely come back the next time we're in the area.

The whole property and house is absolutely stunning. The attention to detail and small, personal touches are really so amazing. There’s an Incredible pool area and wonderful gardens. The location itself is quiet, safe and clean. Sandro the host is incredibly kind, friendly and attentive. He really made us feel at home and welcomed. The breakfast is superb and two lovely dogs to keep you company (if you want)!

very tasteful and charming private B&B. fantastic individual breakfast on the nice veranda. very helpful host incl three affectionate dogs. individual bathroom is seperate from the bedroom across the floor, parking on a free public car park nearby.

Sandro is a very friendly and passionate host. We had a warm welcome and also our baby felt directly at home. The house is so beautiful inside and outside with a lot of attention to detail. The breakfast is delicious and from the terrace you have a breathtaking view on lake Garda. You have a pool a big garden and just two rooms, so it’s absolutely private. Top Tip 10/10 !!!

Perfect location and super charming home. Alessandro was magnificent and did everything to provide an outstanding stay. The grounds and pool were so pretty and the care put into breakfast was amazing. Restaurants and distance to the lake were easily walkable as well. Was a lovely little surprise to find such a great property and we will be back!!
