Very nice and friendly host Chiara and Daniela, she kindly met us and organised a ride to the station. Beautiful house, relaxing atmosphere and wonderful breakfast, very delicious cakes.

The room didn't have a refrigerator (but we were able to put drinks in the refrigerator in the kitchen)

It was far enough out of town to feel rural, but close enough to walk (25 minutes) or drive (5 minutes) into town. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and the pool was great for cooling off from the hot sun. Deckchairs and sun loungers by the pool. The coast was only 10-15 minutes by car.

The sound isolation almost does not exist, you can hear anyone from the other rooms and bathrooms. I would suggest to add some vegetables for the breakfast. The internet… just forget about it. If you really need it, better find another place, because not only the WiFi is super slow, but 4G/5G also works only outside, not in the room. Make sure to check-in before the indicated time, check-in later 19:00 is complicated and not welcomed. Unfortunately we haven’t experienced a warm feeling for this place, as we’ve had some issues with the check-in, could not contact the owner on arrival and were left without a contact to ask some questions: such as where to leave the car and what is the WiFi password. She appeared only in the morning without saying anything.

Location is very well maintained, renovated, clean, with an attention to the details for your comfortable stay. Great bed, pillows, sheets, bathroom has shower cosmetics, towels are personalized for the location. The breakfast is good, there are mainly sweet products, but also bread, meat, cheese, butter and eggs. The parking is just on the corner. The staff is very welcoming. There is also a swimming pool.

The Host Chiara is very friendly and caring. Unfortunately we stayed one night only but enjoyed the comfy mattress, the room which was air conditioned and very lovingly furnished. The breakfast at the terrace next to the pool was served from 8 to 10am and left us full and happy. The pool has the perfect size and is ideal to spend a relaxing afternoon. Overall the house is very nice and tidy, beautifully located and the surrounding very quiet. We can also recommend the trattoria next door.

Pietrasanta doesn't have any taxi services, or maybe just one or two drivers! So walked to and from the city centre. It's a pleasant 15 minute walk when it's not too hot.

Very spacious surroundings with a beautiful garden full of greenery, and a large outdoor lounging area with a swimming pool. Perfect for a relaxing, and very quiet location. The breakfast was so good, with lots of choices. Ciara, the host and all the staff were charming and very helpful. Pietrasanta is a perfect location for art lovers.

Beautiful small B&B a few miles from historic town center and close to the beaches
    • Leisure trip

    • Double Room
    • Stayed 3 nights

The breakfast was below average for such a nice establishment, and on the last day (a Monday) there was no yogurt, bread, eggs, etc. (The town with stores is only two or three miles away so this could be rectified with a little effort). Due to its quaintness you can hear noise at times from other quests, visitors and whoever else lives in the house (the owner and others, perhaps). No maps or printed information were available of the area, which would have been helpful to explore the surroundings in a more efficient manner. You are on your own for parking (no on-site parking). It's a narrow but not busy dead-end road so you should be able to find a spot, perhaps around the corner in a small field (which is where we parked). In general, the staff could be more communicative.

The location is on a side road a few miles from Pietrasanta city center. You can walk to a nearby church, where a steep hiking trail goes up a mountain past hillside olive groves and small houses. Pietrasanta is a beautiful town with many restaurants, historic sites and upscale shops, plus the beaches are only a few miles farther. The B&B is a converted house and the conversion was done tastefully; believe there are three guest rooms. Our room was large and beautiful, with a window overlooking the pool. The bathroom was spacious as well. The pool and back yard are small but very nice, with plantings and a wall forming the border. In one direction, you can see a small town on a mountaintop in the distance. I swam multiple times during our three-night stay. The breakfast hostess was very nice, and they kindly let me keep a few items in the refrigerator during our visit. Breakfast was served outside in a lovely sitting area during our stay (late October). It's a very informal place, which I like.

Great place to spend your time.

Chiara, the owner, smokes al lot. We are non smokers, and did not like the smell in the living room and the porch. It is almost impossible to use internet, no reach from the provider, wifi did not work. In the week we were there most quests wanted to start breakfast a 8.00 am. The buffet was almost complete, but Chiara arrived every day at 8.20 with the normal bread.

Nice location. The pool was nice, the bedroom fantastic. From here we visited Pisa, Lucca and Pietrasanta. Also the trip to Cinque Terre was nice, although the best way to travel to the 5 villages is with the train starting from La Spezia. Owner Chiara bakes delicious cakes!
