The shower cabin was a bit small.

The host was friendly and welcoming. The location is in the centre close to everything. A beautiful historical building, great view from the balcony. Everything was clean.

Very clean & comfortable, friendly family-run guesthouse. Piazza Oginella & Piazza Scammacca have a few nice bars & restaurants (quieter & less crowded than the area around the fish market). 5 minutes walk to Piazza Vincenzo Bellini which has elegant cafes for breakfast.

I can't imagine a better location in Catania. We knew it was in the centre but unlike other centrally located accommodations, this one was in a very nice area, away from traffic, just around the corner from the two main squares/landmarks but at the same time in a pedestrian street (actually limited traffic zone for residents only) with two very small squares on both sides full with great restaurants. With the lights in the evening, the whole atmosphere felt like you are in a romantic movie. Coffee, tea, water provided complimentary. Very beautiful small balcony to start your day on enjoying the peace and beauty of the area. Very spacious and bright room.

Giorgio , our host, has welcomed us and made sure we have all that we needed for our stay. Useful information, tips and tricks around the city included. The apartment was clean and cosy with all that we needed. Location is just perfect: close to the bus and train station, restaurants etc. We came back again to Catania for additional night and needed some additional support for late evening check in - Gorgio ensured the all is taken care of.

The toilet smelled a bit after use. But not that bad.

The location is spectacular. There are at least 6 restaurants within 20 feet of the doorway. And easy walking distance to everything you could want to see in Catania.

We loved the little balcony in the apartment and had many snacks on it! The apartment is clean and the bed was comfortable. The area is so pretty at night amd is walking distance to all the things we wanted to see. Giorgio was so helpful providing us with valuable information about Catania and where to go. He really looked after us and is kind and generous.

Wish we could’ve stayed longer

Everything went well. The owner met us and helped us figure out the tight narrow streets. Very clean and comfortable I slept like a baby Typical European shower very small but adequate( just don’t drop the soap)

The street outside is lively and noisy, we had a street view room. We used ear plugs to sleep.

No parking possibilities nearby, we stayed in a public parking garage a bit further away (which is recommended anyway due to the risk of theft), that is of course no surprise in the city Center
