Lovely experience in Bari’s historic center – the apartment was small but clean and well equipped. Everything was within walking distance, with beautiful monuments and narrow charming streets nearby. Breakfast was served just a few steps away in a cozy café, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Perfect spot to discover Bari!

Even if I’m aware of the average price of the b&b in the area, plus considering the season. Still, it is Bari not Paris. It’s a bit overpriced.

Lack of communication at check in and during the stay. Our room was at third floor at the end of a very tight stairs, no applicable with big luggages or babies. Not a single tip on restaurants or places to visit, I think it would be useful.

Location is perfect to easily visit the city center and the room was clean and fully equipped.

You can hear everything that is happening in the corridor. The breakfast was a bit poor: prepackaged croissants, coffee and tea. But next to the building is a small shop where you can buy something extra to eat.

The bed is not very spacious, as a person of 1.75m it was already a bit too short and a bit small for 2 people. The pillows are a bit more on the stiff side. It would be good to get more cozy bed-lights and to cover the window above the door better. It would be good to bring a sleeping mask. But in total it was very enjoyable and we would book the place again!

We liked the position, the design and the space. with the kitchen it becomes a very nice place to stay. The location is amazing.

A bit impersonal. You buzz into the building with intercom and receive your room key in a bag hanging on the door handle. Some idiot played very load music at 7:00 in the morning, but we suppose that's not the fault of the property.

Nice room in the center of the citta vecchia (=old town) of Bari. Very clean as well as close to all tourist attractionsand good restaurants. The rooms are in a beautiful and well maintained building. All facilities in perfect condition.

The air conditioning would glitch. Sometimes when you would put it on cold it would blow only hot air into the room.

The room was located on the ground floor and had no windows, therefore if you stay for more than one night, do not expect good air quality, but the opposite. I am not sure this is supposed to be allowed in terms of air quality in building regulations. There is one little fan for air change, but still not enough - just after one night the room was too stuffy. Unfortunately I did not noticed the room had no window, otherwise I would not have it booked it. Also, it was impossible to make a shower without flooding the bathroom, very poor design and very uncomfortable. Not good solution for a family, maybe it is OK for youngsters.

We travel to southern Europe a lot, so we know people might be a bit noisy at night, but we couldn't sleep a single night (out of 4) in this accommodation! Esp.in the suite Semeraldo and Rubino room (the smallest Aqua Marina room has just a little window on the other side, so it was quiet). First we thougt it's because of Easter, but there were no big celebrations in Bari during this time. Local boys, who probably sell some kind of drugs on the street right under your window/balcony were too noisy whole day and whole night long! I told the host and she promised to talk to them, but I understand she can't do anyting with this. Such a beautiful accommodation and town, these local boys kinda ruined our impression of our stay (we wouldn't feel safe around our street at night, we didn't go out later because of the kids + we were tired from walking all days though, so it wasn' t our problem.. except for the noise). I wonder if this was just a short episode and we simply didn't have luck these days, but seemed like they live in this neighborhood, the costumers who wanted to buy drugs, or whatever it was, were coming to them during whole day and night just like this is a common thing in this location. Who knows.. EDIT: answer to our lovely host: Thank you very much for your explanation. I believe and see from the previous assessments the location is safe, the only thing (quite important to us) we were disappointed with was the noise/loud talking of those guys and music during whole nights under our balcony, which we didn´t expected in this tiny old part of the city. Everything else in Bari and your beautiful apartments was nice! :-)

We' re group of two families with children and used 3 rooms: Suite Smeraldo, Rubino and Aqua Marina. Turkish bad in the suite (1st floor) was fine for the kids, though the humidity was 91% in this room, which made our stay a bit less comfortable. All rooms are beaufitul, nicely decorated. The host came to say hi and ask if everything' s ok, we appreciate it, she's nice. Breakfast just around the corner in a lovely restaurant, 3 kinds of croissant to choose + any kind of coffee or black tea + a small cup of multivitamin juice. We loved Bari and Polignano a Mare.

We were surprised to have a room with a giant spa and a Turkish steam room. I think many people would love this, but it wasn't for us. It was disappointing not to actually meet our host. But we understand that is how things are these days. Minor point: the toilet seat needs fixing.

The location was very interesting -- a substantially residential part of the old town. Our host answered all of our questions by WhatsApp.

The aircon unit was Malking creaking sounds every now and again. I requested an iron and was told it would be provided the next morning. It didn't arrive until the day after which was dissapointing as I wanted to wear a specific dress on a day tour. Breakfast was a coffee n croissant at a local bar. We bought omelettes to supplement this. The bar staff were lovely and friendly.The omelette was delicious. The pastries were fresh and tasty and coffee was good!

The room was spotlessly clean. Lovely shower with good pressure and hot water. The bed was very comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor and the stairs were well lit and clean but the first set of stairs had a rope to hold onto rather than a rail so it was slightly difficult to get up the 1st set of stairs. It was a very quiet building. And a great location. Lots of lovely restaurants and historical sights within short walking distance.

Had to clean ac filters to cool the room, no cleaning or change of towels. only a croissant and coffee for breakfast. very steep steps and no lift. Far from train station.

Staff was very helpful, they even came in the middle of the night to open for us when we locked ourselves out. Close to old central town. very clean.

High price for room, basic breakfast. Towels should be replaced everyday, especially in warmer months. Room should be cleaned every other day. There was no Geeatkettle in the room
