Very nice, big rooms and very large private bath. The hosts are very helpful. Only 7 min to parking, 15 min with Tram to Center.. still extremly calm location to sleep.

Beautiful house with Super comfortable beds, we slept very well. Signore Mario was so welcoming and accommodating for us you couldn’t ask for a better host. Breakfast was delicious and the service was lovely. I have recommended B&B Palazzi to my friends planning Italy trips and we will definitely be booking again on return to Tuscany 😊 Grazie Mario and Serafina

The AC performs rather poorly, even though it was quite cold outside. The rooms have also rather poor ventilation as the room temperature increased to over 26C after taking a shower, and only dropped to 23C after opening all two windows for over an hour.

Supreme service. Very good location. Very comfortable bed, memory foam mattress, memory foam pillows, soft sheets. Hefty, tasty breakfast.

Walk was a little distance from the train station and a local train ticket was needed for Rifredi station.

The hosts were friendly and helpful. B&B was quiet and a fine country view.

This is a wonderful B&B with an extremely friendly, helpful, and gracious host! My room was large, clean, and it included a sizable wardrobe to hang clothing. I was traveling for work and the location was perfect for my needs. The breakfast and coffee were also delicious!

Our room had a separate bathroom,, which was spacious and exquisitely decorated, however it was across the hallway and next to another bedroom. Two rooms has separate bathrooms and 2 have en-suite It’s a little bit far to public transport having to take a bus and tram to get into the city centre, but ideal for exploring the surrounding castles and countryside

The room was clean and the building beautifully restored. Our bedroom had a lovely view which overlooked the Tuscan countryside. Our host was friendly and accommodating

Very cozy and convenient accomodation in florence with 10 min walk to bus station with a bus going to the center of the city. Very original design and helpful staff, I definitely recommend!

The hotel and facilities were beautiful and comfortable. True that Florence is not at your feet, but the exceptional surroundings and the quietness compensate this fact. Besides, it is easy to get and return by train or bus to the city. Mario and Serafina were very helpful and friendly all the time.

The location is perfect, a lovely oasis and retreat from the hustle and bussel of the touristy areas. It was quiet, with beautiful gardens and views. There were always lovely fresh pastries and breads for breakfast, coffee tea and snacks available all day. We had access to a full kitchen and sitting area .Our host Mario and both Seraphinas were gracious and so helpful. It was a joy to stay here

A true taste of a 14th century villa! The area around is easily walk-able and Florence had a wonderful bus/train system. Our host was very personable and helpful. The restaurant he recommended was excellent! Hope we can stay longer next time.

15 min walk to bus. Then another 15min on bus to main square. OK for us but no good if you have problems walking too far..
