We had a room with spectacular views of the castle, which made breakfast an absolute highlight. Everything was clean and inviting, even though the furniture was simple and a bit outdated. We didn't mind that at all and had a great stay. Grazie mille!

Narrow and steep steps, so beware if travelling with heavy and bulky luggage. Kitchen serves for breakfast only (only sweet Italian style ingredients available); don't expect to be able to cook even a simple meal, as there is only a microwave oven. Old dishwashing sponge. The bed in our room had a wide protruding frame which wasn't immediately visible because it was covered by sheets, so I have stumbled on it and hit my legs several times. A suggestion to the owner: think about replacing the furniture with newer and more practical one.

Family run hotel with 3 rooms only (all on the 1. floor) located in a quiet street at a walking distance from the city center, ARST bus stop at Pianedda square and Conad supermarket. Kind staff. Clean. Early check in was possible. Big fridge in the kitchen (each room has one shelf in it). Fine view over the city and the castle (room 1).

Nothing. Note to others - onsite parking is limited and it’s a tiny street (maps will try take you to the door but might be hard in a hire car or bigger car) however you can park nearby and walk.

Gorgeous place, stunning views, staff were friendly and easy to contact. Great facilities and good coffee machine!

We have nothing to complain about it.

First of all there is nothing to complain about this price point. The room were very clean, and they change the sheets and clean the room every two days, which was perfect. The owner was really nice and we had very good communication. The facility is located in the center of the town, so every point of interest it’s very near. I highly recommend this B&B!

Breakfast was excellent. The fridge was always full of goodies. Lorela was a wonderful woman. Nice, friendly, smiling. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for a wonderful holiday in a beautiful place with beautiful views of the castle and the sea. Everything was perfectly organized. The owner informed us sufficiently in advance about the most important information such as parking, check-in and breakfast. The room was very clean and everything was as described. We could eat breakfast with a wide selection at any time and place we wanted. Excellent quality at this price. I heartily recommend it.

Sound proofing is a little poor between rooms and the kitchen area, which is right across the hall. If you like to sleep in, mornings can be noisy while other guests have breakfast.

Great location. Comfortable bed. Clean. Beautiful view onto the castle. Breakfast is simple (cereal, pastries, yogurt, fruits etc.), but good.

the accommodation exceeded our expectations, the room was clean, spacious and well equipped, the breakfast was great, the facilities were so. And the view from the window is definitely 10/10

Only a thick net curtain to the balcony so quite light in the morning, so take a sleep mask if you are a light sleeper. All the beds and furnishings are cheap quality, but so is the cost so it is good value.

Room has a view of the castle, lovely especially in the evening. The self service breakfast has fresh fruit (a bit old though), yoghurt, teas, breads, cakes (all in plastic). Kitchen is well equipped with microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge and freezer.

The check in procedure was very convenient. The room itself wasn’t the best but it had a beautiful view.

The worst fact is we spent more than an hour to find the location because was late, at the end I tried to contact the owner but got no answer, lucky with some very nice people outside who directed us properly, the owner should do something about it, just to put an exact location on the Booking.com and all will be sorted, not fair for the clients any way When you enter the building you are crushed by a disgusting smell on the ground floor, but on the 1st floor all is good, breakfast is more than basic, cheap stuff and nothing local, just cheap stuff from the cheapest markets

Air conditioner was old and it made our stay a bit hotter than usual. We were not able to park on the street, but we parked in a nearby parking which had a decent rate for overnight stay, this parking is 5 minutes away from the place.

Location is perfect, really close to city center. There is a kitchen with supplies for breakfast, really nice offering. Bathroom had a nice size. Self check-in is great and great check out experience as well. For a one day stay it is okay.

It was very old. There was just a thin blanket which made it cold at night and the heater didn't work. So in winter it wasn't the best option.

I could check in last minute. A little old guesthouse in the town with a nice view.
