Treatment of a good hotel, in the morning cleaning ladies with shower gels (smells very nice), and etc you may need

Nothing really. Just the application, as check in via application and my country (EU) wasn’t recognised by the app.. but it was solved quickly, I was checked in separately.

Cleaning staff was helpful and friendly they helped me getting in the property with no bother. Also, the flat was clean and spacious. Location was just the perfect balance.

Wifi was not working for almost 2 days!

From the very beginning, everything was rather strange: the owner texted me and said that in order to get into the apartment, I had to download their special app — which didn’t even exist in my App Store. When I asked how I was supposed to access the rented room without the app, I got the classic Italian response: “is not possible.” I had to prove to them that downloading the app was literally impossible, after which they finally sent me the entry codes in the most ordinary way (lol). The room itself was no less strange. The entire living space was cluttered with furniture — there wasn’t even a place to sit. We were renting the studio for two people, but the entire ground floor of the studio was occupied by a metal bunk bed. The fridge was full of ice with the handle broken, and the walls had shoe marks all over them (apparently someone filmed The Matrix there before us). For €150, you usually expect something a bit different. Very disappointing.

The location is 10/10, Is perfect, the apartment is lovely, definitely better than on photos (recommend the owner to take new photos) , they clean it every day, which is amazing....

only thing is minus the stuff for kitchen not enough or not new one, very used. But it's okay, they have plates and cups.

Nice location, 10min walking from central station ans also from the old city. Very spacious and luminous, with 2 balconies and 1 window. Very confortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was clean

Curtains look old/dirty and one was not hanging properly/off the rail. There was dust under the bed.

Lovely apartment, staircase to the bedroom was something I did not expect it was so nicely built!! Lovely big window, and a massive mirror! Absolutely loved it! Location was great aswell close to literally everything, and easy to find and easy self check in!

Check out time could be a bit later 10;30 is super early. TV antena cables were damaged so TV wasn't picking up signal

The location is unmatched, you’re only minutes away from the old center on foot. The building is old, and the room definitely needs an update. It was very clean, hopefully they will invest more in the furniture in the future.

- AC didn’t work upstairs, so it was super hot - I was promised it would be fixed but it wasn’t fixed and communication with people was not nice - there were available rooms of same category on booking com but they refused to let me move rooms - at the end they brought me a fan instead of fixing the AC which is not really an appropriate solution - bars are super uncomfortable and overall condition of room is also very old

The room smells of cigarettes, the sofa is very old. All the dishes in the kitchen are dirty. Apartment for one night. The apartment needs renovation.

The location is perfectly in the center and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They were very responsive and tried their best to help.

The property itself. It the was very thin that I could hear the neighbor singing in the shower. Also, the Ac kept dripping water. The mechanic tried his best but I think it was just an old AC. Also the curtain could not be closed. It was a nice place just to sleep. It was bit pricey but I also admitted I did it last minutes.

The property was a great value for money in a superb location! Additionally the staff was incredible! I had few bits I needed to sort out and they were very quick in replying and accommodating

Spacious, clean and comfortable

They knocked on our door at 9:30 AM and instead of waiting for a response they immediately opened our door which is 1) scary and disrespectful and 2) Our check out time was at 10:30 AM making the disruption totally unwarranted.

Nice place for a short stay. The property is close to the city center and main administration offices.

Is a scam. i highly do not recommend you to book it, they try to scam you. They have fees rhat the do not mention on their site. The door is so old and the key works for all doors. Somebody opened our door. Anothe guest. The room has mold in it, and the wifi does not work. The place is so sketchY, and the cleaning ladies are extermly not friendly.

The apartment is excellent (they need to change the cover picture, it doesn’t represent it as it should 😀), spacious, clean and the location is perfect. And it is not the best thing, the best thing is their service and the staff. Thank you guys (in particular the lady who brought us a spare key at almost midnight).

Central location, easy check in, check out

The location is in the center and easily accessible, the room was clean and I appreciated that they cleaned every day

The room had a funny smell and I opened the window for fresh air, but I found that there were no mosquito nets, so I had to choose between the smell and the mosquitoes. Also, the front door stuck when closing.

Location was very good. The room itself was alright.

We got a big trouble with accessing the room. We got to the place at 3PM as required, having filled the reservation in the app the day before, but we could not get the entry code from the app. Apparently there was a second part of reservation to fill, not mentioned in the instructions. We filled that about 3:10 but code was not provided. I tried to call them multiple times, once got promised it wil give resolved in 10 minutes, but most calls were unanswered. At the end we receive the entry code at 5:20PM , because of that we had to walk with our luggages until that time and it ruined our plan for that day.

Very nice hotel, well located in the centre of the city, easy to get to and to get in, the app helps to enter and get the code to the entrance and room doors. Cleaners were kind and cute. There's no reception but everything was fine doing online.
