Everything was good, just to mention something the TV in the common area was not working. Nothing else to say on the bad side. I recommend NAR in Como!

Staff super friendly. There is an AC in every room. They are comfortable, clean and simply furnished. The beds are great including the pillows. Everything works perfectly in the room,and it is quiet inside. Wifi connection without problems. Common area available, fridge and stove for basic food preparation. Breakfast is included, and it is very GOOD! I liked the fact that they provide bins for waste separation. Just amazing. Location is good, 300 mts from the nearest bus stop to the center of Como. The bus takes you there in 10 minutes (or you can walk for 30 mins to the lake.)

A little far from town but easy to get to by bus once we figured out how to use the buses.

Staff were very helpful with booking restaurant on first night, pick up from train and details on bus stops and supermarket. Amazing and accommodating breakfast for gluten free traveller.

Located in a quiet neighborhood of Monte Olimpino, a 30-minute walk to the Lake Como promenade. A grocery store, a bus stop and a few restaurants in a short walking distance. Friendly and helpful hosts. Clean and modern facilities. A nice breakfast on a patio. If traveling by car, it is a good idea to reserve parking.

No television in room. Would have been nice to watch some English TV, but we didn’t seem to get any wherever we stayed in Italy!

Small friendly b&b. Greeted by owners and offered coffee. Parked on quiet road just outside. Only 3 rooms. Small breakfast area. Nice coffee. Breakfast ok. Some boiled egg, tomatoes, cereals, yoghurt and fruit. Good value stay. Not in centre but price reflected. Nice and quiet. Comfy bed. Big, clean bathroom. 20 mins walk to town downhill. We got the bus easily back.

The reception was truly amazing. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and they did their best to make us feel comfortable. We were very impressed and pleased with our stay. The accommodation was excellent, as was the breakfast.

the walls, like nearly everywhere in Italy, are not very thick and therefore not soundproof

Extremely nice and kind hosts, very clean and cosy room (with AC) with balcony and a very nice new bathroom (actually everything seemed new)! We could park the car on the yard which is always nice. Bus stop is close by with a good connection to the old town and lago. The breakfast was very good too. The perfect stay for a trip to Como!

I don't have negatives, this was great spot for our one night stopover.

Hosted by a lovely young couple, very friendly and welcoming. Large modern room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Good WI-FI. Air condition. Good self serve breakfast, sweet and sour options, and fruit. Large grocery shop walking distance, or very short drive from there. There was enough parking space in the street. There was a shared large fridge in the common room/ kitchen, as well as shared TV. There is entry to autostrada just above the street but it is blocked by bushes and it was quiet at night. Outdoor breakfast veranda was lovely.
