Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location was fantastic, only a few minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella Train Station and the T2 tram stop from FLR airport. Also only a few minutes walk to the Duomo. Self-check-in was very straight forward, communication with host was excellent. Room was spacious, very clean, great bathroom, A/C, and the room was amazingly quiet given being in a built up area. Was also able to store bags with them for the following day. Some very nice streets nearby with cafes and restaurants.

IndiaCheck in at 3 PM was a touch late. Check in around 1.30/2 PM would've been perfect but it wasn't a big problem as we could store our luggage in the hotel.
The location was perfect for us since we had a lot of luggage and didn't have to drag it across town to the train station. Our room faced the street but the soundproofing was great. The room was small but comfortable. We were given coupons for breakfast at the cafe downstairs, which was great. There's an elevator too! It was an easy short walk to the main sights- the Duomo is just 7/8 mins away. We walked to and from the Santo Spirito neighbourhood every day and it was a very pleasant 20 min walk.

The location was great, Via Faenza was close to everything, and the staff of the small cafe for the breakfast were very nice. The room was very clean. It has water tea bags, coffee, and teapot. We came on 28 December and the room was very warm. We had a very nice sunset view from the window, which was not expected ✨️

Very friendly and helpful staff! Great size of the room! When there was an issue, they responded quickly through WhatsApp or call! They let us use the microwave for the staff to heat up food for our little one, which was great!
