There was some noise from the street at night, which might be disturbing if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, a nice stay and I would recommend it!

Clean and comfortable place, close to the city center with many places to eat nearby. The owner was very kind, helpful and gave great advice.

The flat is quite used, would need, refurbishment (painting). A small gesture, like enough cafe capsules for a 3 days visit would be great. There's a kitchen which cannot be used by the guests.

Very good location in the lower town. Close to the railway station and the airport bus stop, restaurants, and the upper town is also in close proximity.

Can’t use the kitchen even tho we wanted to cook and this was why we booked an apartment, rather than hotel.

The host and his wife were really nice and lovely. I got there before my check-in time and he still entertained me. It’s a cute lil flat, very close to the airport with just one bus less than 15mins. Got different types of restaurants all around it and all you need is literally at your door step.

The location is excellent! The host is very nice and friendly. Although we could not use the kitchen (what we know) we could use fridge, which was very convenient! It is located in the shared space but that’s ok.

This accommodation has a lot of potential. However, some things need to be updated . The bed is not comfortable, and the headboard needs to be replaced for hygiene purposes . The chairs in the room have also seen a lot of wear and tear.. A disappointing fact is there is a little balcony off the bedroom. however, it is not usable due to a big satellite dish taking up all the room. The whole apartment is mainly used for storing linen and equipment for the apartment. It could with some thought and effort be much more homely. At the moment, it is more like a hostel than a holiday apartment.

Location. Very close to train station and you can walk to the historic old City . The host was very friendly and accommodating. There are lots of places to eat and a supermarket quite close. It was probably my misunderstanding, but I thought I had booked an apartment. It is a room in a shared apartment. There were 2 other couples staying there at the same time. It means you are confined to the bedroom.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotlessly clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very friendly and patiently answered all our questions. Despite being close to the train station, it was very quiet at night and we slept really well. There’s also an amazing meat restaurant right across the street — highly recommended!

Only stayed for 1 night prior to early flight. We booked a family room which was really large and well equipped, had private bathroom. Beds were comfy and WiFi fast. Great location, about 15mins from old town/funicular etc and 2 min walk from large underground carpark (we had hire car). Host welcoming and friendly. As other reviews, room is on busy road so can be noisy and room was very hot and couldn't leave windows open due to noise. Minor criticism but overall great stay and value for money.

Davide is really helpfull and really nice. The location is perfect! Under five minutes to railway, a minute from bus stop (airport/centre) and about 15 minutes from funicolare.

Perhaps some drinking glasses for water or juice would be very useful. Toilet seat slightly loose. Might just have been us but we had problems finding the property as we used Google maps but apparently this gives misleading info and apple maps better. Would have been useful to be told this.

Alot of traffic noise from the early hours of the morning and neighbour in apartment above hoovering very early in the morning.
