This place feels like home, like you are visiting the good friends in Italy :) Everything worked perfectly, the breakfasts were amazing and made with a lot of love! Very clean and very cosy, nice atmosphere, very kind and friendly hosts! I have damaged my feet and couldn’t walk the last day, so they kindly allowed me to check out later, and use the common space while waiting for leaving to the airport :) I was offered water, coffee, fruits, medicines for the feet, protective tape so I could walk… they also called me a taxi in the end… thank you so much for caring for me! And making sure I rest well even after the check out! It’s and exceptional experience and very, very good people who run this place! ❤️

Exceptionally friendly hosts that warmly welcomed us! Breakfast in the garden was really good and it was so nice to talk to other travellers as well when we all shared the same table. Location is a bit further from the city center, however it gives you a glimpse of the authentic living in Florence. The room was nice and everything worked really well. Definitely coming back to here if we ever return to Florence!

Marta went out of her way to make me feel at home and ensured a super warm welcome. Oh and… the breakfast was absolutely delicious (and presented beautifully). I was worried about the location in advance but actually…. Being outside of the centre offered a much more authentic experience. The local restaurants are great. All in all I would most definitely recommend this lovely B&B.

No en suite bathroom, no sink, no fridge, no tv.  Breakfast was served 8.30-10 30, later than I'd prefer. The breakfast consisted of crostini with slices of avocado and tomato, croissants,fruit, and bread and jam.No plant milk but then maybe I should've informed the hotel in advance of my dietary preferences. I found the description of ‘ amazing breakfasts’ in reviews somewhat at variance with my own experience, but it was nicely arranged and was appreciated.

The only staff I saw, a mature lady,Donatella, was very polite and courteous. Adaptor plugs and a bottle opener were supplied. The room was quiet and reasonably clean. The neighbourhood was good, very quiet,across the river Arno, away from the manic historical part of the city, and the hotel was adjacent to decent bars, restaurants, and supermarkets.

I am hesitant to mention this as the people and the stay really were lovely, but I think it's fair. Due to the age of the building (beautiful, old and classic but in perfect condition) the noise of the doors opening and closing early in the morning did wake me up. Usually I am an early riser so this was only an issue for me on new year's day! But could be worth keeping in mind

We did have to walk about twenty minutes at least to get to what we wanted to see, but our hosts helped us coordinate busses, and walking paths and were so helpful so it was fine.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-stocked. Our balcony was beautiful and had great views and we loved the stunning garden. The food was also delicious and breakfast was absolutely the highlight: high quality, delicious, with options for food makes to order.

Our hosts were incredible! We were treated to a home cooked breakfast each morning which was divine! Their recommendations and local knowledge really made our trip authentic and unmatched in experience. Lovely quiet area which was still conveniently located close to the city centre. Room was comfortable and really provided an authentic Italian feel.
