I did struggle to get hot water in the bathroom in the morning.

A very warm welcome, with detailed instructions how the self serve breakfast works. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom and my friend the lizard.

We were not aware it was a self service breakfast. This should be made clear before you book. We finally bought meats and a few other things to complement the bread and cheese that was left for us in the refrigerator. One bedroom with a double bed for two and two bunk beds was very cramped even for 2 adults and a teen. I dread to think how four people would manage.

Wish we had stayed longer!

Host was unbelievably kind and helpful. Great conversation and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as good as it could be. Gave specific and personalised recommendations and really brightened the trip. The bedroom was amazing and comfortable all round. Hoping to come back again.

Breakfast was a challenge, I couldn’t work out how to use the coffee machine, even though I’ve had my own! But really we have only praise, a delight in fact!

Lovely helpful and charming host, nice room, a quirky and quaint place which we loved, right out in the country, but only 20 minutes from Lago Garda. Car park large and convenient.

The place is advertised as an apartment but it is NOT an apartment. It is two bedrooms and a non functional kitchen area. There is a fridge, an induction cooker with no proper pots and pans. No toaster. Just one table, one chair and one step stool. 1 single teaspoon and a few plastic forks and knives. No kitchen soap, no towels to wipe dishes. Bathrooms need mats outside shower stall and bathtub. We had to use a towel folded over. Rooms are not air conditioned. One has a ceiling fan and the other has a stand alone fan. If the nights were any warmer we would not have been able to sleep. You can’t keep the windows open as flies (from the farm) come in. If you book both rooms you still don’t have privacy as only the bedrooms can be locked - the so called kitchen area and hallway is open and they don’t give you a key to lock the front door so you don’t have the apartment to yourself.

We got different rooms than we ordered, no breakfast included in B&B, no air conditioning in some rooms, a lot of cats in the yard, dark dining room in one apartment

We were told that we only should leave feedback 10/10 if not we better skip review. Sorry it does not work like that. The room was cleaned but not spotless. Breakfast is not worth its name and we did not appreciate the dog shaking his arse in the 'breakfast' room. Too expensive for what you get. Never again.

Thé breakfast was composed entirely of sugary, industrial snacks individually wrapped in plastic. There were no savory options and not a single source of protein. Even the barley drink from the machine was full of sugar. It’s a shame because the owner had taken great care in general and the sugary snacks were from good brands. But nutritionally, gastronomically and ecologically the breakfast is a disaster. Sorry. Thé b and b is in a very quiet area. Unfortunately the partition walls between rooms are thin and the plumbing is very noisy, so we could hear other guests coughing, toilets flushing etc. Luckily we travel with earplugs and everyone slept early so we still had good sleep.

Thé owner was very welcoming. The place was easy to find and very well maintained
