One lift for the hotel meant you would have to wait a while.

Bed was comfortable and clean it was in a good location close proximity to the city center. The breakfast was good and had a good variety. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Choice of vending machine snacks.

The breakfast was awesome, a variety of cold meats, breads, fruit, full healthy options, full sweet choices of donuts, croissants, pies, muffins. Fresh juice and coffee options. Definitely worth the price. Altough the room was a bit small, it was very clean and the mattress and linen were very good quality, good AC too. The one we stayed at, the location was good, short walk from At Ambrosio station, which is one stop from Cadorna station. Cadorna train to Malpensa Airport is 37m. The staff were very polite, especially Claudio who was always with a smile and ready to help with any query. All in all a great stay.Wo

No power sockets by the bed. They were located at the opposite end of the room. I asked for an extension lead from reception and was invited to go and buy my own, poor service in my opinion

Location good, room size ok but not roomy. Bathroom ok. Handy mini fridge to buy own drinks to get chilled. We had terrace room on top floor so had outside space to chill in evening.

Great location, really near metro stations to bring you a short distance to the centre. Clean, modern apartment with a really comfortable bed and all your basic needs. Staff were kind and helpful. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were fresh & clean, and we loved the private terrace. Breakfast was a perfect start to the day. Excellent value for money. A special thanks to Susanna at the reception – she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended!

There were problems with boiler system and no hot shower for some hours.

Hotel with a good location, the room had a nice balcony and enough for a comfortable stay.

There was no kettle and tea in the room and were not provided on request either (as apparently against their policies). And you needed to pay extra for the breakfast which wasn't very clear from the booking. The roof top terrace furniture cushions were soaking wet when we got there due to some rain earlier that day. When we asked for them to be replaced by dry ones, we were told that was not an option which was a shame. The terrace lamp was broken and the plants were completely dried out, so just took up some place unnecessarily.

The room and the bathroom were nice, modern and clean. A fridge and a coffee machine with capsules were included in the room. The bed was very comfy. The rooftop terrace was also nice and spacious including 2 sunbeds as well as a table and chairs. The breakfast was nice, with a machine for freshly squeezed orange juice.

Location. Not many good bars or restaurants close by. Hotel doesn’t have great kerb appeal.

In a room with 2 separate beds, the beds are very close - literally 10 cm between them, and in the whole room, there were only 2 sockets, and neither of them was near the beds, both were on the table :(
