Really nice room with big terrace, breakfast was in the room already prepared for morning self service - mostly cold dishes, yoghurt, you can toast a bread, make coffee or tea. Nice underground parking.

Commuting with bus was easy, but walking was dangerous due the narrow road with lots of speedy traffic.

Room is quit cold at night and the central heating is off by default After talking with the host they heat up the room with extra heater and turned on the central heating( only for few hours and by morning again cold unless the extra heater was on all night).

The pillows were awful. The cars drove at crazy speeds down a norrow track, if I had small children I would have been very nervous. Please fix the socket set to the wall.

Good location, not in Bolzano so quiet but 15 mins from the centre by car.

The toilet is placed at the corner of the bathroom, for me (168cm) it's still fine but my boyfriend (187cm) found it very hard to sit on. And for the cat, we enjoyed its company but we would suggest that the host adds it in the description, in case people who are allergic to animal fur or simply afraid of cats meet it :)

Fridge and appliances were turned off during the day with breakfast stuff in the fridge. Cold meats were borderline the next day. Pillows need replacement

There is no heating available in the bathroom, it was cold. Also heating didnt work in other rooms as it should. It wasn't cold, but it could be warmer, specially if there is minus outside.

I like the location and the fact that i had a car in the garage while it was snowing.

The room was cold when we arrived because warming is placed in the floor and takes a lot (as per messages with the host) to raise the room temperature: it would have been a good idea to turn it on before we arrived, mostly because we were with a 2 years old child. Being an actual house turned B&B, the door of the room were not that isolated, so we could hear lots of the voices for people from the other room/s).

We liked the price and the modernitiy of the place, the fact that a garage is available and that is not that far from the center (if you go there outside of the Christmas Markets)

It is a self-served property. If you are offering such a property, I would at least expect you to pick up phones. We had a problem with parking and could not reach anyone either by phone or messaging.

The place is located somewhere between Merano and Bolzano, in the middle of apple farms. It takes a bit long to get there by car but still it is a perfect location to enjoy the nature, cycle, run etc.

Everything was perfect.

The B&B was excellent...comfortable beds...and an amazing breakfast that was laid out in an area in the bedroom itself. In the morning, fresh bread was delivered to our room. A wrap around balcony with the view of the Dolomites and fresh apple orchards made the stay perfect. A 5 minute drive out of the main city of Bolzano but completely worth it. Highly recommend.

It was very nice that Priscilla put out bread for our breakfast. It wasn’t clear on the first morning. Priscilla was very helpful in providing input and advice for our activities.

We arrive late evening and the room was more like an oven, there is no AC only a very old and slow fan on top of the bed that doesn't work properly. Unfortunately didn't sleep well because of that. it's too hot not to have a proper system to refresh the rooms.

The breakfast on the small table is nice especially When you are on the move and don't have time to plan What to buy/eat. We didn't understand how to open the windows blinds and they were very quick to answer on the chat even if it was a little late.

A little bit far from city center but for us it wasn't problem

Very clean and big apartment, private underground parking, excellent decoration, easy communication with the owner, nice breakfast in the room, wonderful bathroom
