One bathroom (including toilet) for 7 people is not sufficient and requires organisation. We were surprised to be asked to send copy of our IDs by WhatsApp, but at the end the owner agreed to share this type of document via a more secure way. We also had an issue with electricity that went down completely during the first night due to the heavy rain. The owner managed to get a person who came and brought the electricity back, but it was clear that the electric system is quite old and that if another storm or heavy rain comes the problem will reappear as the water got to the electric cables! In any case we were very careful when using plugs after this incident.

We rented a 3 rooms apartment since we were travelling as two families. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The beds were fine. The location is really great, it is easy to get to main monuments and old city center which are within few minutes walk. There is also a big supermarket at the end of the street, opened even on Sunday, which was very handy. We rented two parking places (service that can be booked directly from Marconi Apartments website), which was really helpful and the parking is just next to the apartment.

Kitchen area is very limited. Main bedroom does not get AC if door is closed. The unit is a little bit old on the interior and a little bit dirty under the beds and corners. Otherwise the main area is nice and clean. There are stairs / no elevator. Okay for us, just noting this.

Location was very good. 15 min walk from train station and very close to the arena. Some local restaurants are good and out of the tourist crowds. Lots of space in the apartment with several beds. Great for a day trip to Venice and great for walking into the heavy tourist area of Verona and then easily getting out of it.

We were driving and found it quite confusing to find the property. The logistics of check in first then park the car in nearby garage was also very challenging for us. We are a couple so can have one person check with the reception to make sure we are at the right place, watch the luggages while another person drive the car to the garage and come back. The walk to 3rd floor with luggages was expected but would be hard for people having mobility issues or with heavy luggage. Once in the apartment, we had a hard time figuring out how to turn on the electric stove. It would be nice to leave some basic instructions on how to use the stove, the expression machine, etc. To use the coffee machine and hot water heater, we had to move the items to the bathroom since the outlet in the stove area does not match the plug type on these items.

Wished that there was an air conditioner in the other bedroom, but appreciated having the fans. Wasn’t really the fault of the apartment owners that it was brutally hot when we stayed here.

It was welcoming, clean and well stocked with towels and other necessities. Location was great and it was easy to find and get access. The staff was great!

There is no living room or sitting room area, so you can only relax at the kitchen table or on your bed. We were only there for two nights, so this wasn't much of a problem, but I wouldn't want to stay there much longer without a place to relax with sofa/easy chair, etc. This is a two bedroom unit and we were just one couple, but if there were more people or two couples, I can see that not having a sitting area would be unappealing. One air conditioning unit that was only in entry area, so bedroom did not get as cool as we would have liked.

We're a family of five so we booked a three bedroom apartment but it wasn't available when we arrived so they put us in a different, two bedroom apartment. The key pick-up is in a different location to the parking which is a different location to the apartment. We needed to ask multiple times for the wifi details (which didn't work until we reset the router) and had to go hunting through the cleaner's cupboard to find the remote to turn on the air conditioning. The kitchen cupboards were badly cracked and there was no loungeroom. The only sitting space, other than on beds, were the four seats around a tiny table in the kitchen, meaning one of us needed to eat sitting on the floor.

The apartment was very quiet, within easy walking distance of the old city plus lots of restaurants and it had a small lift so we didn't have to drag our suitcases up and down multiple floors of stairs. The staff sent an excellent video of how to access the separate, secure parking garage which was able to accommodate our large SUV and they booked a space there for us prior to our arrival. Despite being so close to all the touristy stuff, the location was quiet and there was a pleasant garden outlook from the kitchen. The staff let us drop our car and suitcases prior to check-in.

The parking was an issue. Luckily, our stay included a day on Sunday. This means free parking in the plaza on Sundays. It was warm in the room. But we understood a/c is not usually common. At night, on both nights, there were people sleeping on the sidewalk outside the gated apartment. Off to the side. I was surprised to see that.

The value in price. We liked that it was residential. We could hear some family noises ( dog barking occasionally, birds singing) and that was comforting. It was in a gated residential apartment. Very nice and well kept.

The beds were not clean enough. There were a lot of homeless people sleeping in front of the gates. I would not suggest this location for people with family. The fridge was also not working.

The location was really good. It is a stone's throw away from the train station. It is also good value for money if you only want to stay for a night in Verona.

Great location. The accomodation is close to the city center and to Porta Nuova. The host is very kind and communication was very easy. We had some issues with the hot water on the first day, but the host did everything to fix it. Check-in was easy, all the necessary information was provided on Whatsapp.

One of the beds in the living room had some issues with the slates, and we only realised how to fix it in the morning.
