Excellent location for a short stay - very close to a tram stop and the station. About a ten minute walk into the heart of Florence. It was very good value for money. Clean room and helpful and friendly staff.

Just a tiny thing, the washbasin is a bit small~

Good location, no more than 10 minutes walking from the Florence S.M.N. Tram T2 is 3 minutes away. Simple decorated but looks fine, the bed is soft which my friends felt very satisfied. The host gave us a warm welcome and patiently showed everything for better stay. The building has a small, old but intersted lift, very helpful for tourists with big luggage.

Nice B&B within walking distance of the Firenze S.M. Novella station. Staff is very kind, helpful, and friendly. Easy to find. Cafe just down the street for breakfast, if you like. Safe area to walk in at any time of the day/night.

the room is so dim, i think the lights are too dim given a single small window for the entire space. it's also quite a maze from the entrance door to the room. the bidet also tends to leak, there was a night when our bathroom floor was flooded. it also does not spray enough water when the faucets in upper floors are turned on.

good location, very near the train station, city center and tram stations. it is also surrounded by good restaurants. the room is very spacious.

We had a lot of outside noise which prevented us from opening the window at night and unfortunately it was very stuffy in our room. It was advertised as having AC but it did not work and the hotel staff explained it was government regulated in October. So sleeping was somewhat challenging.

This hotel is a good location and close to many main attractions. The beds were comfortable and the staff was nice. It’s good for a basic stay, no frills.

The location at first looked a bit dodgy, but most of our daytours left from this area, and so close to the train station, it was great. The gentleman on reception, staff, and the cleaners were all very helpful. TV had some English stations.

Damp smell when entering the main property. No breakfast is available, so tea & coffee facilities would have been a good alternative.

Location was easy access to the station and all the sites. Room was good size, comfortable and clean. Bathroom upgraded and clean. Staff were most helpful.

The room was on the third floor, and the lift was small, so if you travel in group, some have to take the stairs, or have patience.

The location is great, a few blocks away from the train station. It’s easy to arrive by foot.

The apartment is well situated with a short walk from the main Florence train station. There are a few cafes etc in the street nearby where we stopped for breakfast. An easy walk to the Cathedral and other main sights. On arrival, the host met us and helped with bags. Nice to have a lift so we weren't carrying bags up several flights of stairs. The building is very secure, a locked door to get in from the street, a locked door into the apartments on that level, then a final locked door into your own room. The room itself was a decent size, nothing fancy but quite comfortable. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Small but functional bathroom. No fridge. We noticed there wasn't a kettle or cups in the room but they provided one when we asked. All in all a nice budget option for Florence.

Location and breakfast. The room was comfortable and our host was really nice. The breakfast was well served with fruits and freshly made coffee from a proper barista machine. Lovely!
