The stay at the B&B was wonderful. The flat is beautiful and cosy, very well equipped - there was everything you need for a great holiday. A very nice detail was the lovely balcony belonging to the flat. Cleanliness of the highest standard. Great location, right by the sea and close to Ostia main railway station. Very friendly and helpful host. Italian style breakfasts, delicious coffee, bottle of wine to the welcome. I will have very pleasant memories of the stay and hope to be able to return to this place again someday. I heartily recommend this apartament.

The location was very good, situated near restaurants and beach establishment’s. The apartment was also clean and had air conditioning which was essential because of the July heat. Host was also very friendly and communicative.

I would have rated this the highest except the air conditioning was not working well. The host was responsive and provided a fan for us but it is not what we had initially hoped for. The host was apologetic and we understood; we were there for a very short time and I am sure if we were there longer, the air conditioning would have been fixed as the host had someone there right after we left. All in all, I would recommend this place and I already have recommended it to my family members. Booking.com said it was 30 minutes from Rome- we took Ubers and it was more like an hour-I mention this because we almost missed our tour because Booking.com was not accurate.

The location is perfect. It is right across the street from the beach. Right outside the building is shops, restaurants, and bus stop. The little B7B was like an apartment. Very clean, loved the snacks, coffee, tea and wine that the wonderful host provided. Our host was very accommodating when our plane was an hour late and we were already having a late check in. The building is super secure-having to go through a locked gate, locked entrance door and then locked entryway to apartment. We felt very safe walking around-my daughter (16 yrs) walked around by herself to get some fast food. Surprisingly very quiet rooms; even though the restaurants were steps away, the rooms were very quiet. We loved the little outside back patio.

There is no on-site parking, so if you have a car, you must find parking along one of the neighborhood streets. We found a spot fairly easily, but this was during off-season. During peak beach weather, it might be difficult to find parking.

Large apartment in a great location, close to the sea and right on a pedestrian walkway with many restaurants and other venues nearby. The huge basket of food and snacks, and plenty of drinks in the refrigerator was really generous. The free bottle of wine was a real surprise and much appreciated.

The apartment was beautiful and very welcoming…bright and clean There was everything we needed also stuff for making a nice breakfast which we enjoyed outside in the sun sitting on the bench in the tiny porch. Beds were comfortable, location superb and as a cherry on the cake such nice hosts, available,flexible and caring.

The location is really nice, at the heart of Ostia. Many nice restaurants, friggitorie, and gelateria nearby, 2 min by walk from the beach and some nice beach bars easily reachable by foot as well. Flavia and Ennio were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay!

A/c was located in kitchen and struggled at times to cool our room, the host will accommodate by lending a fan if asked. (Although I understand why the ac unit is not in the bedroom as it would create an eyesore and take away from its beauty).

Cozy and homey feel to this BnB! Our hosts were wonderful and accommodating, going above and beyond after we mentioned this trip was our honeymoon by leaving small gifts, refreshments and even a hand written note for us. The location is perfect and secure, the beach is a short walk away and multiple restaurants are right outside the main entrance! The town came to life at night while we were there as a carnival was taking place, truly a unique and wonderful experience to be had staying here.
