How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nothing. It's a great place. I couldn't fault anything.
Let's start with the host. Isabella was very friendly and helpful, welcoming us on arrival, showing us around the apartment and explaining things about the apartment and local area. There was a large selection of maps and tourist info in the place. Isabella had kindly stocked the fridge with refreshments and there is wine to purchase should you wish to. There's a loaded coffee machine to use and a selection of tea, along with snacks (biscuits, cakes etc), all provided. The location is superb - a quite street just off the main street, and 5 mins walk from the square, and train station. The apartment is very modern, clean and bright. After the first night, i did think that the one room for improvement would be for proper curtains on the windows as there's only a thin curtain. the next morning I realised that the windows had fancy built-in mechanical blinds which we'd missed! An excellent place, in a great location, with a lovely host. P.S. The secure parking was a bonus!

All perfect
I lived in Isabella's apartment for 3 nights and it was enjoyable. The apartment was spotless clean and integrated into a safe and beautiful residential neighborhood. The apartment owner, Isabella, is a kind person and helpful . Car parking is inside the property and it is safe and convenient.

The described air conditioning wasn’t actually an a/c unit in the room and did not keep it quite cool enough for me, with temps in the 90s. If it had been a little cooler outside, it would have been just fine.
Beautiful room, very nice shared kitchen area with snacks, nice safe entry way, excellent location near restaurants and train station. Easy keyless entry.

We had a wonderful stay at Le Rondini in Tirano. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to many local attractions. The property is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. The garden area was a lovely spot to relax. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tirano.

Easy to find, very clean and new, and full of special touches - helpful guides to Tirano, tips for getting a great sandwich before the Bernina express, complimentary local liqueur, sweets in the room and more. Host was clear and helpful in all communications. Highly recommend

Perfect location close to the station and the historical center. Fresh drinks in the fridge on arrival were highly appreciated by temperature over 30 Our host Isabella is very kind and helpful. we can highly recommend this accommodation.

The appartment exceeded our expectations. It had all we needed: large fridge, air conditioning (that worked very well), coffee machine, stove, toaster, kettle, all the ustensils and dishes we needed. Nice, cosy rooms. Parking was very easy, in the courtyard. The appartment is in a quiet area, but very close to the touristic spots ( 2-3 minutes to the trainstation, 5 minutes to the old town). We are very thankful for the tips that the host gave us (restaurants, places to visit, where to buy local products). Thank you for everything, Isabella!

Nothing. Only one suggestion, maybe some vegan snacks.
Beautifully kept apartment.Great location, 5 minutes from the main train station and the Bernina Express, which are next to each other. Isabella had thought of everything. So comfortable. Lovely to have snacks and goodies in the fridge. The access instructions were clear and easy. We would love to come back and stay longer. Tirano is lovely. We'd love to come hiking here. Thank you for a lovely stay Isabella 😊
