Beautiful view from our room overlooking the lake. Lovely little balcony perfect for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Small buffet choice but with eggs etc. available to order. Very good air-conditioning. Parking available. Peaceful area. Approximately a 25 minute walk into Menaggio.

Be prepared for quite a number of steps to access the property. Help was available with luggage though.

We had a great stay-the staff could not have been more hospitable and accommodating! The breakfast was amazing-home made breads daily and a huge selection of food. The room was clean and the view was so nice-right on the water! The hot tub was a nice treat after a long day-so relaxing to have the view of the mountains and lake. We highly recommend this property!

Just a bit far from town and the port but the hotel offers tuk tuk rides, there a bus stop right out front and a taxi service

I cannot say enough good things about this place. If you are visiting Lake Como to relax, this is the spot. It's really easy to get to Bellagio/ Varena by taking your car on the ferry. I highly recommend a car to get around. They're very affordable in Italy. This place is extremely clean and tidy, the breakfast is amazing, and absolutely stunning views at all times of the day. Everything works well and is in great condition. Very clean. There is also cold AC if you're visiting in the summer. Very private as well. The people are great - the owner and everyone who helps has made our stay great. They even have a dedicated parking spot for you if you choose to use it. One of the best visits I've had. I don't usually stay at the same place twice, but next time I'm here I know where I'll stay again.

Nice Staff and they have speed boat for rent

The owner, the staff were very welcoming and kind. Very clean and managed well. The room is very comforfable. We felt like it’s a perfect combination of a managed accommodation and homey at the same time. The view is 👌🏻

The place is beautiful and the staff is great especially Chiara! She is wonderful. She helped me surprise my fiancé for his birthday!

We were very pleased with our stay at Foresteria Lago di Como. Everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a beautiful view from the balcony. We enjoyed sitting there and drinking our wine in the evening. The location was good. There were buses to reach the center of Menaggio, but they were infrequent, so we chose to walk. It took around 20–25 minutes from the hotel. The walk itself was lovely, surrounded by the beautiful and peaceful Menaggio landscape. Wonderful breakfast! They had croissants, toast, fresh fruits, oats, granola, yogurt, and freshly prepared eggs — everything you could ask for! Many thanks to Foresteria for such a wonderful stay

The staff, the apartment and the amazing views, the facilities and the service …. Everything was special - even the walk into the town centre.

We were greeted by the hosts, shown to our beautiful room and enjoyed a lovely jacuzzi on the terrace. We enjoyed the sunbeds on the terrace, breakfast was wonderful. A lovely stay, definitely recommend this modern hotel.
