We booked 3 days, we left after 2 because it was so uncomfortable and we won't spend our precious holiday time in a place like this for an insane amount of money per night. We were given room 6, right next to the entrance and reception. The door is not sound proofed at all; you hear every conversation, everyone coming in and going up the stairs, constantly. There are multiple negative reviews about room 6. We can confirm that we had the same experiences as those people, even about the light shining through (see picture) and the uncomfortable memory foam matresses (which they say is high end quality) which made our back ache (we are fit and in our 20s). It's beyond my comprehension that you give this room to a couple when there are multiple empty rooms upstairs. There is a huge list of (understandable and good) rules and restrictions. Such as pets on a leash and not in the pool. Frankly the owners, or friends of, let their dog swim in the pool, isn't that hygienic and also very relaxing with the constant barking around you? They also take up multiple spots at the pool, if not the best shaded spots. We've slept in 5 star hotels across Europe for this money, this was ridiculous.

Everything was beyond perfect. The place has a special charm. The owners are amazing people. Everything is clean beautiful. Breakfast was amazing! We loved it and we want to return. Even the surrounding area is very beautiful.

We checked out, there was nothing to like

There is the possibility that other customers have had a good experience at this property. Unfortunately for us the experience was very bad. We tried to check in earlier, we do this to resolve any issues early. The property did not respond to text message and phone calls; hence we checked in at 15:30hrs along with all other guests. We were given room 6, which is right next to reception and the entry exit door for all guests, we complained but were informed “That’s it, check in is complete no other room”. Any conversation at reception was overheard and anyone entering the building the ascending the stairs was heard. The Property owner is clearly experienced with repeated complaints concerning this room hence her complete lack of empathy. She forced us to check in at 15:30 because there would be no alternatives to the room we had. We immediately checked out upon experiencing the total lack of concern or empathy for the unacceptable noisy room Location. The property owner had a very Pugnacious attitude toward anything we attempted to debate with her concerning the room. The property owner has a propensity to spin fairy tales; we were going to have a pizza from local store. To ensure we ate the pizza at the store and not in the B&B she stated that takeout pizzas were poor quality, much better to eat them at the store they taste better. Why she did not just state no eating food on the promises I have absolutely no idea. As predicted the response below shows not one ounce of empathy for this unacceptable room, and also as predicted note how everything is my fault, the very naughty customer. Clearly a warning to all who may consider staying at this property! Note to the ferocious derogatory tone of the reply, similar to the ferocity of the Lamborghini raging bull logo. Very similar to the ferocious response we had when highlighted the unsuitability of the room

The hospitality of our host, the location, the room, the breakfast. They even provided us with a bed rails protection for our little kiddo even without asking for it.

I recently stayed at La Terrazza and have a fantastic time. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring area, with easy access to Garda and Verona. The grounds were immaculately maintained, and the garden and pool were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. The host, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were top-notch, and the parking was convenient. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful hosts, always helpful. great location (better than pictures), although the villa is not recently built, inside, everything felt almost new. like recently renovated... the bathroom and everything... great breakfast. very clean everywhere. nice garden and pool 10 out of 10

Paulo (sorry for the spelling here!), the host was fantastic. Everything was made so easy and welcoming. A great property, recently modernised, but retaining all of the character. Breakfast was excellent and all the better when enjoyed on the terrazza! Air conditioning in the bedrooms helped for a great nights sleep whilst it was in the mid 30’s during the daytime. We briefly enjoyed the pool which was a welcome sight after a long day out at Movieland!

Bed was very uncomfortable. They were memory foam matrasses and there was a massive dent in it. We kept rolling off the bed, and ended up using our air matrass we had with us.. When we made a complaint the next day, the lady said thats because its a memory foam matrass....

Excellent location, quiet, supermarket 1 minute walk away. Nicely furnished rooms, clean, pleasant smell. excellent breakfast, attention to details. The best thing, the owners are very nice people, they try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. In this location even the dogs are very cute... Quality/price ratio..10/10

A quaint villa with spacious and very clean rooms. Everything newly renovated. This B&B has a beautiful garden with a swimming pool. The breakfast was very good as well. Special thanks to the host who was extremely helpful and nice.

No complaints. Only thing I recommend is that you arrive by car. There is no decent taxi service in Pozzolengo.
