The property was better than expected. Everything was clean and nice. The location was perfect and we spent really good our holiday. Of course, on top ot this Raffaela was the perfect host. She prepared for us the breakfast each day and helped us with everything. Also she suggested a nice beach in front of our apartment where we got a discount. Grazie mille di tutto Raffaela 🫶🏻

the decor was a bit dated, but that didn’t impact the functionality.

I have a lovely terrace - view of other buildings (not water) but very spacious. Room had everything that was needed, including mini fridge. Location was close to the beach, and only 5 minutes to the station. The air con worked well (which is required in July)

Julia was a great host, very helpful with any questions we had. She also called ahead to the beach and let them know we were on our way to rent umbrella and chairs for the day. The breakfasts were also very good, my wife and I stayed for three nights and had a great time. It’s in a great location and the Italian Riviera is a great place to be!!!

It’s in a very lively neighbourhood so if sound at night bothers you, it’s something to keep in mind but it didn’t bother me.

We had such a great experience as soon as we entered the b&b. The hosts were so warm and welcoming and showed us everything we needed to know. They made us feel very comfortable. We pre-chose our breakfast for the next couple of days which was a great touch. The breakfast was really delicious and it was really nice to start our day on the balcony. That focaccia was *chef’s kiss* The location was also amazing. It was incredibly close to the beach, not far from the pier and had some lovely little shops nearby on the stone streets. There is also a little bookstore that sells some beautiful sketchbooks, souvenirs and stationary right next door. We used to go to and fro from the beach very easily. The room and entire B&B was very clean and everything was well thought out. There was a cute little basket in the bathroom that held the toiletries. The facilities were very good. They also gave us travel cards for the buses in case we wanted to use them during our stay. I really enjoyed our stay there and would 100% come again. They made our stay in Alassio even better!

Super tiny shower, small bathroom, not enough privacy in bathroom at night (at least I couldn’t see how). Mattress difficult for me (some adjustable foam mattress) Breakfast was very minimal - 1 coffee, 1 brioche, no water, no second coffee Space was ok for 1 person, but I have no idea how 2 or 3 persons could have made it work… (it was a 2 person room with an extra bed, tiniest for 3)

The first floor room was quite compact and could have benefited from more shelving, especially in the bathroom. There were sheer curtains in the bathroom, but no blinds, which was a bit disconcerting as the room directly faces another building across a narrow lane. A fridge was mentioned in the room description, but there wasn't one in our room.

This b&b was within easy walking distance to the train station, which is what we were looking for. It was one street back from the beach, and we saw a sliver of it by leaning out of the window. The street it's on is very active, which is great if you want to be in the thick of things. Our host, Giulia, was good at communicating by WhatsApp, and on the brief occasions we saw her when she delivered our continental breakfast, she was chirpy and helpful.
