The only common area was outside on the terrace or in the dining room. We were two couples traveling together and it would have been nice to have an inside common area like a living room.

The rooms were very comfortable; especially the beds. The host was very gracious and helpful. Nice location; close to center but in a quiet area.

Rosella is a very warm and welcoming host. She goes out of way to make you feel relaxed. The property is spacious and well appointed. The location is gorgeous with a glorious green outlook.

Beautiful spot, very clean and the best hostess you could ask for. Rosselle was so kind and accommodating getting us to our room and even arranging a cab for us to get into town. In the morning she had the most beautiful spread for breakfast. My husband and I were glad we stopped in Frosinone and found this gem of a place and woman. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Our host Rosella was so kind and helpful. We arrived early and she welcomed us. It was in a lovely area with beautiful gardens. Private parking was a real plus. The location was very secure. Our room was so nice and the bathroom was luxurious. Double sinks, waterfall shower. The place was spotless. Breakfast had home made treats which she packed up for us to take .

Rossella was an exceptional hostess. From the moment we said hello until the time we departed she was attentive and welcoming in every way. We felt as though we were staying with a close relative. The morning breakfast ritual was exemplary as she would create morning torts and biscuits for us and had coffee ready at our prearranged time. La Perla is a tranquil and serene house where one can actually relax and decompress from the days travel. I would highly recommend Rossella and her house for your stay!

Rossella was a wonderful hostess. She welcomed us warmly, made sure we had everything we needed and made a restaurant booking for us. Breakfast was sumptuous. La Perla was clean, comfortable and a great location for us.

The drain un the shower isn’t working sufficiently enough. So that need to be look at. And the bed was not really comfortable.

The panoramic view of the mountains is beautiful, the service of Rosella was excellent. And I want thank her for the restaurant reservation she made for me, where I enjoyed the delicious food.

This B&B was comfortable, friendly, very clean, beautifully/tastefully decorated, had a lovely veranda, beautiful outdoor patio area, provided a washing machine and drying racks, had a lovely garden, provided a common dining area available 24/7, and the HOSTS were FABULOUS! Rossella provided a drying rack when we requested one, did everything in her power to ensure that we had breakfast items and snack items that we preferred, was available to/spent time with me for genuine conversation, and even helped us haul our luggage when checking out. Riccardo also was available to/spent time with me for casual and genuine conversation, hauled our luggage upstairs to our suite upon arrival, drove ahead of us to show us where the Catholic Church was for Sunday Mass, and was prepared to help us haul our luggage back to our car upon check-out. The Hosts were friendly, polite, professional, and hospitable at all times. Our stay at La Perla in Frosinone was thoroughly delightful! Thank you.

It would have been helpful if there was a small sign off the main road so we could find the turn off in the dark as the main road was not lit up.

The room was modern and recently re-furbished to a very high standard.The area was quiet so we had a good nights sleep.The shower was large and had instant hot water and good pressure. All the furniture was new and room had lovely decor.

We had the pleasure of staying at B&B La Perla recently and liked it so much that we have booked to stay again on our way back from Sicily. Rossella, our lovely hostess, could not be kinder. Nothing is too much trouble. The room is beautiful, the bathroom spectacular and there is a lovely outlook from the balcony. Parking is easy and onsite. Added bonuses are a washing machine and an excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.

So many good things to say! Everything is new and very clean, Rossella is so thoughtful and detail oriented. The property is beautiful, too! We had a morning flight out of FCO. Rossella prepared breakfast for us and had it waiting at 6am for us! This was a perfect place to spend our last night of vacation. Can’t say enough good things about it. Thank you Rossella!

The B&B is located in a very beautiful and quiet place with a great garden and good parking. We booked the ‘Suite’, which offered a lot of space. The modern furnishings are new and everything is very hygienic and tidy. The level is better than a 5-star hotel. We have never experienced such good service! It was very exceptional! The landlady Rossella prepared a delicious, fresh breakfast for us and she also catered to our special vegan requests. Because of us, she now also offers an optional vegan breakfast :) The modern kitchen offered space in the fridge for our supplies. Rossella also gave us very good tips for excursions! We would love to come back again
