Nothing to dislike.

Everything was great, the apartment looks gorgeous. The host Nicola was very friendly and talkative, he gave us a lot of suggestions for places to visit and traditional dishes to try in Verona.

Street noise late in the evening or early in the a.m.Beware Friday morning trash pickup is loud. And the neighborhood fair happening while we were there was noisy until 10p or so but that's just season and proximity not a reflection on the comforts of the facility.

Our host Nicola was amazing: cordial, personable, responsive, informative, friendly, and accommodating. Breakfasts were substantial and various with the included hardboiled eggs and selection of espresso drinks appreciated. It was our first few nights in Italy and the beds took some getting used to. Glad we had access to an elevator and nearby off-street parking. The eclectic decor in the common area reflected Nicola's interest in British and American avant garde rock. Hoping he takes our suggestion to have a yoga mat available for guests to checkout to attend to movement and stretching before or after long days of sightseeing. There's a place nearby to rent bicycles we did not take advantage of. He referred us to a very nearby garage as we needed our rental attended to.

Nothing! All was perfect!

A very cozy and comfortable little homely hotel! Very, very, vey clean! A big compliment to Nicola for keeping it so clean and cozy! And in general for being a great host so that you feel like at home. It`s located in a quiet place of Verona. There are only 3 rooms in the hotel and 2 bathrooms. We didn`t have any disconvenience with a shared bathroom due to we got our personal bathroom because only 2 rooms were occupied during our stay. But I suppose it would not be a problem due to there are only 3 rooms in the hotel. We were worried that it is a bit far away from the city center but at the end it was very easy to get to the center by a direct bus and back to the hotel and the same from/to the railway station. So it`s absolutely recommended! We were happy to stay there! Super thanks! :))

The location was good, but not amazing. About a 30 minute walk to Verona old town, but for the price it was worth it and we were aware of the walk when booking.

The host was so friendly and kind, he gave us a run down of Verona and the best ways to experience the city. He gave us lots of food recommendations, including the dishes Verona was known for, and even gave us tips for our upcoming locations on our trip. The property was clean, spacious and comfortable and felt safe. My friends and I had an awesome experience!

I think there was a bit of weird smell coming from the curtain, probably, it needs to be washed.

We booked the accommodation 24 hours before check in and Nicola was able to accommodate us at the last minute. The place is clean and provided just the right amount of comfort needed for a one night stay!

Everything is really good. Location is great, near the bus for city centar. Neighborhood is quite and nice. Our host is really friendly and gave us a lot of great advices and tips for Verona. Breakfast is great and sweet served.
