Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Hungarymissing eggs as always, but this is Italy. parking is okay for two cars but when leaving one has to go down to the lower part of the garden to turn, then it is easier to leave the plot. otherwise reversing on a sloping road is not pleasant. shower of the neighboring room is terribly noisy! it needs mending
the house is at the edge of the village, not much traffic there. the view is excellent from the terrace.

AustriaIf you don‘t have a car it‘s a bit of a steep walk to get there from the centre of town, but that‘s just the price of the views. Also beware that the last buses from Carrara train station to the actual town leave at round about 8pm, and by foot that‘s in itself a 1 - 1 1/2hr hike. I hadn‘t been aware of that and thus had to hitchhike.
The entire property is very clean and well-kept. It has quite a up-to-date feel to it. The views out onto the town are nice. The manager was very friendly. Carrara is an extraordinarily interesting place, and the air is very clear.

Nice view to Carrara querries. It appreciated my father sculptor. Big balcony. Very nice bathroom inlaid with marble. Good breakfast and great coffee machine.

IndiaThe only issue I faced was that no taxi was willing to come to the location because it was high up the road. Got a taxi only once out of the 5/6 times I called. No buses go up to the property so very difficult to get around unless you love hiking!
Lidia, the host, was really helpful. The room was compact and comfy, the bathroom was clean and spacious, the balcony and view were amazing!

ItalyThe location was very picturesque and silent, great when travelling by car with free parking on the property and with a beautiful mountain view. Lidia was fantastic, very kind and welcoming! Five stars. The room was very clean and the furnishings and every little detail really well thought out and cared for. I was very impressed. I really enjoyed my stay and most importantly I slept very well. I strongly reccomend and will definitely like to stay there again if I return to Carrara.
