Appartament needs some care (not enough working electricity soccets to charge phones, some kitchen utensils missing. Could not figure out how to get tv working.)

Location was perfect for us. Easy cheack-in. Could store our luggage before check in time. Nice interior- light.

There is no AC and in the hot summer it's not comfortable to sleep with opened windows, because there is constant notice from the traffic even during night. Also we were not able to find switch for lights in the dining room, which is quite dark even during day.

The location is in a very good spot. Close to the new town centre and not far from the old town centre. It's clean and comfortable with basic equipment for preparing food.

Single bed mattress not very comfortable. Cooking facilities not ideal for long stays but ok for breakfast and a simple meal. Please provide more comfortable pillows

Excellent location and charme of character of the property, o.e high ceilings, exposed wooden beams, spacious triple bedroom. Coffee and tea available is a nice touch. Little kitchenette is ideal for short stays. Very clean.

Window in our room overlooked the staircase and didn't give the room almost any light so I wouldnt be very happy with this view if I stay longer, like a week or something... I saw other rooms had better views ;)

A couple of minor issues. Some bulbs missing from lamps which meant the kitchen area was quite dark. Shower hose was leaking, which affected water pressure for showers. Asked for this to be fixed and for more bulbs. They were not replaced while we were there but contact assured us that this was done before the next guests arrived. We were not aware of tourist tax until we were told we hadn’t paid it.

Excellent location, nice apartment and it was useful when travelling with kids to have a kitchen.

The property's positioning on a busy road unfortunately leads to elevated noise levels when the windows are open.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Bergamo! The location was perfect—just a short walk from the charming Città Alta and close to shops, cafes, and public transport. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, and the attention to detail made it feel like a true home away from home. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available if I had any questions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bergamo!

There was nothing specifically wrong with the property itself. However, I was surprised by the significant property tax charge that I had to pay before checking out.

The only think that caught us for a moment was we struggled to get into the appartment. The process when using booking.com is to call the host and then she asks for passort photo's and then gives you a code. We did not know the process as there was no communication before arrival and she did not answer the phone straight away (returned call after about 25 mins). But for the 25 mins we were left wondering if we needed to book something else. Anyway once communication established all was good and thankfully as it was the centre of town mobile signal was good enough to get password photos through.

The place was very well located and quite (we had the back room so maybe the room at the front night be different).

Perfect place for a bigger group. We were travelling in a group of nine and this apartment was perfect for us - two bathrooms, a big table, perfect for late night talking with wine. The location is in a really nice area and close to the railway station. A lot of nice restaurants around.

Noisy from the busy street and shower gel was given in small plastic containers that was not enough. Also there was not proper hand soap in the bathroom
