Amazing friendly host Marco, present every morning to check on us. Great advice, good level of communication. Lovely breakfasts. Nice little outdoor table in secure courtyard. Close enough to walk everywhere, and far enough away to be quiet.

Great location, walking distance to all of the attractions.

Absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was large and had lots of pots, pans, and other cooking equipment so we were able to make dinner & lunch. Breakfast was lovely and filled with lots of options, rooms were big and spacious - perfect for larger groups of friends or family. Little outdoor area was a perfect way to start our mornings. Fantastic location, literally a 3 minute walk from the closest tram stop which takes you to the central part of Florence. Marco was a sensational host, very kind, communicative, and always available to help with any requests we had regarding the accomodation & also made fantastic recommendations for our visit to Florence (e.g., where the closest super market is located). Rooms were also air-conditioned and had a lovely bathroom with lots of room. The cleaning service was also great, shout out to Marco and Bruno leaving our room and the kitchen sparkling clean! Unbeatable price for what you get, I highly recommend this accomodation.

Bruno was an amazing and very responsive host! He messaged us asking if we needed anything, provided us with food recommendations, and helped us figure out laundry on his day off. The B&B was very clean and had a cozy atmosphere. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The only downside is that the location is a little farther away from the main city center. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The location was great for access to the city. The apartment is very comfortable. Bruno is a fabulous host, showing us on a map the places we might like to see, not just the tourist traps.

Close to center but not too close. Easy 20min walk to major sights, Market, main train station. Clean, well organised, lovely veranda! Thank you Bruno for your hospitality! We will be back!

We really enjoyed the room, all the facilities were great, even had a little terrace to eat outside. Bruno & Marco were super welcoming, giving plenty of recommendations for touristic & local places to visit or eat in. Breakfast was great! Would highly recommend!!

Fruit juice option for breakfast instead of coffee.

Everyone at B&B l’Olivo was so sweet and accommodating. Bruno and Marco are very pleasant people! We also enjoyed the location. If you’re coming from the Santa Novella Station, it’s only a 18 minutes walk. The property is next to a park that’s nice to chill at after a long day of exploring Florence. Additionally, the breakfast was great. I love the fruit and food that was provided. There’s also a nice patio space to get fresh air.

We loved how dedicated they were to make us and everyone there fell at home. We had a wonderful time. Area is walkable and transportation is not far, basically you can move around the city using public transportation from this amazing location.

Not a single thing

Staff was very extremely nice and helpfull, great communication with the hosts. Clean room, confy bed, clean bathroom, very well equipped kitchen, overall great vibes in the building and the establishment, nice, interestingly decorated balcony at garden level. Short walk from the main attractions. Good breakfast.

Well positioned very close to but and tram. Accommodation was super comfy in a quiet area Good shower with plenty of hot water. Breakfast well provisioned in advance so we could eat whenever it suited us Lovely courtyard area to sit out in

The building is charming and the room very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well for an enjoyable continental breakfast. Lovely garden space to enjoy some quiet time. The hosts are attentive, personable and knowledgeable!

The bed was very comfortable but as a couple, one moved every time the partner moved!

We loved Marco and Bruno, they were great host. Breakfast was simple and great! The room was spacious and well taken care of! The property was gorgeous and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again! I already miss Florence!

Only thing that I didn’t love was that the mosquitoes formed a sort of mafia in the back yard making it quite dangerous lol. But really it was not a big deal! Plus Marco allowed us to use the washer so it made up for it!

The property was easy to find and walkable to everything in Florence, the train station, and bus routes.

Very helpful staff, they advised us very clearly how to get the keys when we arrived late to the hotel in the midnight. They also advised us on places to visit with details. Both room and kitchen were very clean. Placed at a very good location close to the city tourist attractions and 10 min walk to the train station.
