Not the owners fault, but a lot of stairs to the B&B, so if you have health issues, this will be challenging.

The room itself was of the highest standard—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It felt more like a boutique hotel than a B&B! The attention to detail did not go unnoticed, from the quality linens to the thoughtful touches throughout the space. Breakfast each morning was varied and plentiful a great start to the day The location is perfect for exploring Florence, with all the main sights within easy reach. But what truly sets this place apart is the heart and soul poured into it by the owners. Their passion for hospitality and deep knowledge of the city enriched our experience far beyond what we expected. We cannot recommend this gem highly enough. The accommodation is located close to the station which made it very convenient for us, and only a short stroll to all the main attractions. But what I liked most was the hostess - she was super friendly and helpful and went out of her way to answer all our questions and ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

Location: it is perfectly nearby Firenze S.M.N and the Centrale of Florence is reachable in minutes of walk. Staff - the hosts Cinzia & Pao are amazing hosts - very detailed, personally present for their guests. They are very accommodating allowing us to keep our luggage until we finally have to leave Florence, they even gave us a gift - wonderful gesture which you will not see from most of the places in Italy. special mention to Ed who prepared our breakfast which I enjoyed too much. The place is clean, comfortable and quiet - good place to stay after a tiring walk in the city.

Our only dislike was the firmness of the mattresses .. much more so than we’re used to .. my hubby didn’t sleep well during our stay.

Great location, 10 mins from rail station. Reception area accessed at all times although staff not there 24 hours. Lovely room, quiet courtyard below. Nice toiletries provided. Kettle, tea and coffee also. Excellent breakfast brought to room each morning at your requested time. Lovely choice of sandwich, yogurt, juice, pastries and great cappuccinos! Paulo on reception provided maps and info re places to visit and eat. Would def recommend.
