Comfortable, quiet, good aircon, good bathroom, all we need.

Perfect location close to the historical centre, parking available, supermarket nearby, cosy and clean accommodation, friendly and helpful landlord Luigi.

Lovely accommodation close to main station, airport and city center. Pets are welcome.

We loved the area and the room.

The owner is an excellent professional. He pays attention to details to make the guests' stay easier. The rooms are spacious and functional. Excellent value for money

Very good location close to center (walking distance) and friendly host. Privat parking available.

We missed a proper breakfast.

Luigi was very helpful and provided lots of really useful information - where to eat, what to see, running routes. Lovely breakfast at a patisserie around the corner.

Clean

The bathroom was not on suite even though we knew this before hand was more a challenge than expected

Great place on the other side of the river but close to town. E-bike ride is about 10 minutes, walk is about 30 minutes. Clean and charming. The owner is fantastic and the communication was terrific. Little supermarket behind the building-very convenient and excellent coffee shop on the corner. Will stay again if we come back to Florence.

Stairs to the property is quite high and no lift. No good for big luggages

Great location and walkable distance to the train station and to other tourist spots. Right next to a big supermarket which was a bonus. Host was very pleasant and approachable

I enjoyed the location I liked the little shops and the neighborhood but I am thinking most tourists would find it too far from most of the sites It was extremely walkable but if you don’t want to walk so much to be away from the crowds and want to be in the centre you should probably stay on the other side of the river

The only issue was the drive back to the train station as the streets were sooooo busy we almost missed our train, but it also reconfirmed that we made the right choice to stay away from the crowds by staying where we did

The location was perfect for us .our room was clean the bed was comfortable we loved our stay

There is nothing to dislike

For the price, it couldn’t be better. I was visiting Florence for only a couple of days as a solo traveller. This was by far the cheapest option, and it is still *really* good You get what you pay for, but I do think is about as good as it gets for a single room that was only €100 for two nights

The external bathroom is annoying (but not the worst, it’s still private after all). The location isn’t amazing - it’s relatively close to the main sights of Florence, but the neighbourhood feels quite run down and not that safe. There’s not much to do less than a 20 minute walk from the place

Very close to thw city and the river. Superfriendly staff.

The road outside is quite busy, there is quite a lot of traffic.

The host is impeccable and made the whole stay even more pleasant, thanks to his perfect attitude.

Amazing! Me and my partner came for our anniversary and we were met with a little Prosecco bottle and a lovely clean room for us. Luigi was amazing, so helpful and so kind. Would recommend to anyone visiting Florence would definitely go back in the future.

The host was extremely welcoming and friendly. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay!

The place was clean,the bad was comfortable,the shower and toilet were clean. The connection with Owner was easy. The place has excellent condition to Pitti Plazzo and Natural Hist.museum.
