How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Spotless and cosy B&B with very convenient location minutes away from Gardaland and Parco Natura Viva. The room was big enough and comfortable. The host and staff were extremely attentive and friendly.

The only downside was that the location was a bit far from the nearest bus stop, but it wasn’t a major issue.
The location was stunning—quiet town with the best views of the mountains and surrounding landscape. It was within walking distance of a great pizza shop! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and waking up to the beautiful views was a highlight. The space was well-furnished with everything we needed, and the breakfast in the morning was a wonderful surprise with many delicious options. Best of all was the sweetest and most helpful host, who made our first visit to Lake Garda so memorable. We’re so glad we stayed here!

the room doesn't fit for 5-person family It has no sitting zone for the family inside (only balcony) it was just the five beds and that's it no place, or facilities for making food.
The room was in a renewed farmhouse, in a great location, with wonderful view of the fields and vineyards. The room was very clean and was set daily. the breakfast was nice, and the kids were happy with the variety of goods

Due to construction work the pool was not available. As we stayed just overnight that was not a problem at all for us.
Very nice location and friendly people. We stayed there twice and it is always nice to come back.

The mattresses were a little old and too firm. Nothing wrong with them, it’s just personal preference. The pillows did require replacement as they were very flat.
The place was extremely well kept and clean. The bed arrangement allowed our family of four to have enough space. The main bed for two, plus two separate single beds for the kids. The bathroom was large and provided space for storage.

Soft beds :-)
Owner was very communicative and nice, she sent me a sms and video how to check-in. Self check-in/out was very helpful. Great breakfast. There was fresh water just for us in the room and coffee capsules - great! Very clean bathroom! The appartament was equiped as a room - 5 beds, a bookshelf with coffeemachine, in a small hal fridge and large wardrobe and bathoroom. Air-conditioning. In front of the appartament private terrace with seats and table with chairs. Sun-shade.

The B&B is located in a serene neighbourhood and we really enjoyed the view, as it is elevated. The room is very clean, spaceous, and comfortable. Beds and linen as well. The bathroom is equipped with all that is needed. The owner really helped us with getting discounted tickets to Gardaland, and we are very greatful for that. We also enjoyed the breakfast that was offered for an additional fee of €6 per person. The breakfast includes diverse savory and sweet options, and would highly recommend it. We stayed there for three nights and would happily visit the property again. I would also like to thank the owners for a wonderful service.

Personal fridge is in the common area (with a personal key). I would prefer it in the room. Breakfast buffet is served in the common area, but you eat in the garden next to your room, so there is some going back and forth. Drinks are served to the table, and I would prefer to get them myself and refill as needed. Half the pillows are uncomfortable (hard), and there are only five in the room, so some members of the family were stuck with them.
Nice rooms with A/C and access to a garden. Property was clean. Nice breakfast options including fresh pastries. Self check-in at any time of day or night.
