The breakfast was just OK. Packaged food and fruit that was in the fridge for days. That said, there are so many cafes nearby, this did not bother me at all!!

The property was located near the train station and walkable to the port. It was easy to get around and the room was super clean!!

As a solo traveller relying on public transport accommodation in the Centro would have been sensible. The walk from the train station with an international size suitcase up a bumpy foot path up hill then 2 flights of stairs wasn’t an easy ask. The supposed B&B is run more like an Air B&B.. you are on your own with remote contact the given option. Breakfast is all pre packaged carbohydrates and fruit that had seen better days and the choice available set up looks more like what you would expect at a school camp. On either side of this stay I have enjoyed two lovely B&B’s that were more like home. That said….if you’re wanting peace and privacy this is a good choice. The nearest supermarket has a great deli counter.

The apartment is split into 3 sets of living accommodations with a shared kitchen. How comfortable you end up being can depend as much if not more on who you are 'sharing' with than anything else. Say for example if someone checks in at 10.30 pm then you may find yourself privy to the conversation.

Great location. Could use the air-conditioning if you felt cold (does provide heat too).

Access requires codes which come by WhatsApp - but poor connection once in the building but not the actual apartment meant we couldn't read the required door code! Very helpful neighbour helped - write the code down before you go in!

Perfect for a stop over in Ancona when travelling by rail - very clean , comfortable and a good breakfast provided.

We didn't feel safe walking late around the location of the apartment. Some suspicious people were walking there, and there weren't many lanterns. Once, we even had to run to the hostel being afraid of a group of guys. We had a huge concrete structure of a parking building behind the window of our room. One time, we felt upset because the host and other guests from the second room (there are three rooms) accused us of taking someone's bottle of water from the fridge and eating too much breakfast, leaving not enough for others. This wasn't true; we had our own bottles that we filled with tap water every day. In the evening, when we came to the hotel, we saw a letter addressed to us and the people from the other room about taking the bottle. We bought food in the city, and in the morning we ate in a way that allowed others to eat too. We were embarrassed by such a suggestion. We are travelling a lot, and this kind of situation happened to us for the first time. The very frequent contact with the host was sometimes annoying. We were focused on resting and sightseeing, but every day we received long messages related to the accommodation. I understand that the owner wanted to be kind or wanted to have constant contact with the guests, but while on vacation, tourists do not focus so much on the accommodation. If we would need anything, we would just tell :)

Very clean, silent and cosy room, bathroom and kitchen. Before our coming the host was writing precise instruction about check-in and rules in the apartment. Everyday we had an Italian breakfast (sweets, cookies, apples, juice), coffee and tea. We had a good contact with host by WhatsApp. There is an air conditioning inside room which helped us not to burn during extremely hot days and nights. Blinds on the window also help to not overheat the room.

One of the best B&Bs I've ever stayed at. Easy check-in with a code that was communicated well in advance, along with all important things you need to know. The B&B is in a quiet residential area not far from the train station. The room was just lovely, with so many nice details and a huge bathroom. The kitchen/breakfast area had all amenities I could wish for. Would always go there again when in Ancona!

Location location location! It was also very clean, the host was super helpful (although it was so well organized, that we never met him in person). Views were very nice for the whole Ancona port and the bay. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen (shared).

The property was somewhat tricky to reach by foot but it was worth the effort. Once inside the B & B we found that it was very comfortable, clean and well-appointed. It took about 20 minutes to walk there from the station. It is at the top of a steep street that curves up from the main road. The footpath is narrow and in very poor condition. On entering the property from the street, there is one flight of stairs to the front door of the condominium and then another two and a half flights to the front door of the B & B on the first floor. The instructions about access were easy to follow and the proprietor was readily available on Whatsapp to handle any a questions. A very pleasant breakfast is served in the common area.

The room is beautifully appointed and had a view of the Port and sea. It is easy to get to from the station. Great breakfast is made available in a shared kitchen. The host has thought of everything one could need for a short stay. The remote check-in process is very smooth and easy to follow. All in all an excellent location.

No luggage storage available at the property, but I used https://radicalstorage.com/ and got a hotel opposite the station, so this wasn't a problem. More healthy options for breakfast would be nice (meusli or granola; plain yogurt), but the breakfast is pretty standard for accommodation in Italy.

Good location - 10 minutes from the station in one direction (helpful for connections to/from the airport), and 20 minutes from the old town in the other direction (sightseeing and most restaurants). Bed very comfortable. B&B spotlessly clean. Plenty of hot water. Plenty of electrical sockets. The entry system (operated via WhatsApp without meeting the proprietor) felt complicated but worked fine on my nighttime arrival. Room cleaning and linen change arranged during my stay via WhatsApp - communication was good. Breakfast is prepared the night before, which is ideal for early risers like me. I would happily stay here again on another occasion. There are two decent restaurants opposite the station - Ristorante Gino and Trattoria Dorica.
