Stunning property, amazing breakfast and wonderful team. I’ve stayed here five times now and wouldn’t book anywhere else for a trip to Sirmione. Paolo and his time are amazing at what they do. Tutto perfetto! Very nice family run hotel. Modern, very clean, the room was comfortable, modern furniture, big shower in the bathroom. Each room has its own name. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was very good, various dishes, the best latte machiato. It is possible to dine in the hotel, the hotel guests have a discount. They also have a nice swimming pool. They have a parking place for hotel/restaurant guests. Location of the hotel is great - 5 minutes walk to bus stop to Sirmione castle or other places, bars, restaurants, market... Torneremo sicuramente qui! 😊

We really enjoyed our stay at this clean and modern hotel. The pool area is small but pleasantly quiet, perfect for relaxing. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the breakfast was tasty. The restaurant attached to the hotel served great food as well. The owner of both the hotel and restaurant was exceptionally cheerful and helpful, which made our stay even better. Free parking is available right in the courtyard, which was very convenient.

Room was quite small, although it does have storage facilities and the bathroom was large. Hotel is located on a roundabout with rather busy traffic, our room was facing away from the roundabout and was very quiet. It seems that the windows may have sufficient sound insulation.

A modern and stylish hotel in mainland Sirmione with comfortable bed and all amenities including quiet air conditioning. Nice a la carte breakfast. Paolo was an extremely friendly host who accommodated a later check-in time and was a great pleasure to interact with. Parking available at the hotel. Will gladly stay again!

Paolo, family & staff, superb, very helpful and friendly. We were really comfortable all the time. Big bed, modern shower and bathroom, terrace with pool view, air-conditioning great. All installations very clean, cristalline pool. Food great, fresh and homemade, quality price. 10!!

The owners are amazing, they make you feel like you're visiting friends, not staying in a hotel. There's a lovely pool, breakfast is great and rooms are really nice and spacious. There's a restaurant belonging to the same owners with amazing food. There's a supermarket nearby and also a petrol station.

The staff were fantastic. Friendly best service. Breakfast in the morning is fantastic. They have gluten free options which is a win! Room was great value for money and was nice a modern. Swimming pool was great. The location is great if you don't mind like a 3 to 5 min walk to a bus to get it down to the main part. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I think with the breakfast system they have ( order and bring at the table, reaon avoiding spill of food) when many people come at the same time, it will be chaos and long waiting time. Maybe better give the guests an order card the day before so they can fill in their wishes and the arriving time and hand it to the staff the evening before.

Room was spatious and clean. Seperate and clean bathroom with step in shower . Dinner in restaurant was good value and not expensive with the 20% discount as guest of the b&b. Owners and staff very kind and friendly.

Paolo, the host, was a welcoming and friendly face on arrival, and no question or query seemed too small to ask him. The property was immaculate, and our room was very spacious and comfortable. We were both very impressed by everything this place had to offer, including the wonderful breakfast.
