No complaints really. But extra pillows and something more than a flat sheet on the bed would have made it that much more comfortable.

Fantastic location in central Verona. Easy to check in, comfortable beds and also walking distance to all major attractions. Perfect stay for our group of 4. Highly recommend for groups looking for a convenient stay

We liked everything but someone with any physical disabilities or elderly with heavy luggage should note that there is a flight of marble steps to ascend.

Perfectly located near the main square and all attractions including Juliet’s balcony and the Arena. The property is similar to an Airbnb with a full kitchen. We only used the refrigerator for beverages - very convenient. Immaculate. Bath was superb with large shower. Proprietor Frederico responded promptly to questions and provided very detailed instructions.

Only grouse is that at my age (76) carrying luggage up the stairs to the lift on the 1st floor was hard work, but it was clear that there was no option for the lift to start on the ground floor, and the lift that took us from 1st to 2nd floor was very welcome.

Quiet comfortable modern room in an old palazzo. Very secure. Wonderful location in the historic centre of Verona. Air con excellent which was important in July. Plentiful hot water for the shower. Efficient little capsule expresso provided an a common kitchen and sitting room area. There is a helpful lift from the 1st to 2nd floor where the rooms are located. The owner was in contact and concerned that we should enjoy our stay.

It would be helpful if just the bathroom belonging to the smaller bedroom (room1) could have a little table to put one's bathroom amenities like makeup and brushes on it.

Location is absolutely brilliant. We were in the middle of everything. Shops, cafes and the Juliette museum opposite. I didn't expect there would be about 20 steps before we got to the lift. However it was a beautiful old building. It was great having a full size working fridge and coffee machine with the coffee capsules

The apartment is in the middle of the old town. Very close to Juliet's house. The location is amazing. The room was nice and clean with air conditioning.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location and the accommodation had everything we needed. Note: You will need to carry your luggage up a fair few stairs before you even get to the lift but thankfully you only do that once.

EVERYTHING! Frederico greeted me and lugged my suitcase up the stairs for me. He has been a most charming and gracious host. The location in Città Antica was perfect and so close to all of the areas I wanted to see. The room was beautiful with huge windows that open for a view onto the bustling streets below. It's a few doors down from Juliets house and Piazza delle Erbe was steps from there, with Arena di Verona just around the corner. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed and more. The common space was very pretty and well equipped. The entrance into this old palazzo was quite grand! I would highly recommend this property/host to anyone visiting Verona, and look forward to my next visit. Frederico is, without doubt, the "host with the most!" Grazie, Frederico

Taxi taxi taxi My flight was detay and arrived 24.30. I didint find any taxi. And then one taxi came,but he left me different address. İt was teribble memory , and i found my hotel after i walked for a long time. It is my terrible dream in Verona. I game order from booking but on time they sent me messenger abiut cancel. İt is not good memory for me. I am customer and İt was service. But i dont understand what is it.

More my preference and it wouldn’t put me off booking again but I didn’t love the shared kitchen area.

Great location, hidden away just a bit further down from Juliet’s house. Good soundproofing didn’t hear any noise. Spacious room with AC and the option to use Netflix etc on the tv. Frederico helped with checking in early and leaving my bags after check out, great communication.

We had luggage that was somewhat heavy, so the 32 stairs up to the entrance were a bit much. If you are not carrying too much luggage, not a big deal.

The location is wonderful. It’s beautiful older castle like feel. The bathroom is big and the shower is wonderful. The common area with a kitchen is nice if you want to cook. Has a seating area.
