Excellent location, nice host, shabby but clean room with private, very clean bathroom. Dog friendly with no extra costs.

I couldn't figure out whether this actually was a B&B or just a room that the host was renting out of the apt that he, himself, was living in. I did not see any other guests. But it was safe and clean and reasonably priced.

Location was great and the bed was comfortable. Frederico was knowledgeable about the city, and accommodating for meeting for check-in.

The room is fairly small, and the shower is very small. The shower head was also leaking while we were there. The A/C unit didn't work very well.

Unique place, with collection of old furniture, paintings, sculptures, books and others. Very close to Arena di Verona and all attractions.

Don’t expect 5 stars. Property and the floor in bedroom seems to be used moor than eight years. Bed is 3star as a comfort.

The property was so central 2 minute walk to the Arena and shops ....The room was very spacious ...The owner was there to greet us he showed us around and gave us the keys ...he allowed us to leave our luggage there for the day until we were leaving ....he introduced us to his lovely family before we left Really happy to stay here again ...

B&B without breakfast and without wi-fi as it was broken. Not properly cleaned. We expected more for the price we paid.

Common areas well decorated. Central location. Building secure.

Checkin time unreliable. Room poorly decorated. Bed linen old. Noise from other guests in common areas and central hotwater system in our bathroom. WiFi advertised but not provided. Not a "B&B" as no "B"reakfast provided! I got bedbugs as per other guests' comments. No security box provided. There is much better accom nearby for same price.

Close to the city center

I did not expect it to be a room within a large apartment. The sound was audible and loud There were people making love and we heard their voices. This is a shameful thing

Great location, walking distance from everything, close to busstop, trainsstation and parking. Cute place as well, with balcony, living space, nice room with bathroom and balcony. Nicely informed on what to do in the area.

B(ed)&B(reakfast) without the B(reakfast), but we did that just around the corner, it was fine, but not as expected included in the rate. Not informed with wifi, I didn't ask for it as well. You are in the city centre so it's ofcourse a bit noisy, in front of parking,

The photos on the site are 8 years old. We stayed in the room with a private bathroom. It is a very small space, with a large bed, and nowhere to put your luggage. The balcony is accessed via a door in the bathroom. The bathroom is ok, but the shower is very, very small. The wi fi was not working, there was no breakfast ‘because of Covid’. There is only a shared fridge in the room that had previously been used as the dining room (when it was a real bed and breakfast). There were no facilities for tea or coffee. I had to ask for glasses. Nothing about this place is a ‘B & B’.

The house is lovely

Very central location and only 15 min away from train station. Very clean room.

There was no WiFi as there was a problem with the router.
