Comfortable quiet place to stay, about a 20min walk from central Florence. Shared facilities but felt private enough. Aircon was great in the summer heat. Close to the river and a great pizza spot.

Could have done with eating utensils for those wanting to eat from home - no bowls or plates provided

The room was absolutely beautiful with a lovely design and very clean. The location is perfect – everything is just a short walk away. The little terrace was a great spot to relax and enjoy some time outside. We were pleasantly surprised to find games in the drawer, which was such a fun touch. The bathrooms were modern, spotless, and very nice. Overall, a wonderful stay!

i would add a microwave into the kitchen area.

Location is nice being close to a grocery store and a cute corner coffee shop with great cappuccinos. Easily accessible to city center so we walked everywhere. Host is so communicative and kind as well!

Awesome place, walking distance to most of the iconic places, quiet, comfy, good price, great contact with the owner.

It was always clean, very quiet and perfect location for different bus stops. Nice distance from city centre.

The room was nice and the location close enough to the city center to visit, while remaining far enough that it still felt calm.

It is approximately a mile from all of the tourist attractions, making it very easy to walk and step away from what can be very crazy with tourist. Also about one block from a bus option as a way of traveling. My room was generous and size minimal and furniture and remote enough from the street so that you don’t hear a lot of noise. There’s also a nearby supermarket for getting small items you might need.

My only issue was the stairs up to my room.

It would be great to have had cutlery in the kitchen area and possibly a small fridge in the room. In addition, a laundry facility upstairs would really boost this property

The location from the centre of Florence was good, the facilities were great and it was very clean and comfortable.

It is very very noisy from the road outside. The bin lorry would come between 11pm-2am and a sewage lorry would come at 6:30am the next morning. This happened every day we were there. We barely had any sleep.

The hotel was easy to find and Raimondo was great with communicating ahead of our stay to make sure we had easy access and all the info we needed. The room was clean and spacious, with a large comfortable bed. Shared bathrooms were clean and the showers were great. It's about a 15-20 minute walk into the centre of town and felt very safe. A few great cafes/restaurants nearby too (Bar Bar is a 5 minute walk, highly recommend the food).

Shutters didn't close all the way, so a bit of light came into the room; couldn't lower the aircon temp (it was set at 16 but the windows didn't fully seal so the room felt quite warm); quite noisy at night due to the road being a bit busy as well as the other doors in the building.

Overall our stay was good, our host was helpful and friendly and we enjoyed our stay. We were also able to leave our luggage and we were able to enter the room earlier than expected.

We liked the location. It was close to the centre but not so close that you were away from the crowds which we enjoyed. It felt more authentic and there were some good affordable cafes nearby.

The shower sometimes flooded and wasn’t always stocked properly.
