How spacious and clean it is, the common kitchen and the complementary sweet treats, coffee and water in the fridge (esp. water is much appreciated in 33 degrees). Wish I understood earlier the goodies are restocked every day, would have used more of them;)

The room was very clean, big bathroom, nice balcony. A mini fridge that gets restocked every day with water and milk. We even got a surprise bottle of wine one night. The location is great, a 5-min walk to the main train station and 10-min walk to the city centre.

For us this location is top Only 10 minutes away from historic Bari In normal neighborhood with local restaurants and breakfast options around us Located at 6th floor it is good to have the elevator Breakfast available is the non-fancy Italian one - we went out for breakfast - also more fun to see people

Perhaps an automatic coffee machine could be placed in the kitchen. Also two prepacked sandwiches could be put in the fridge of each apartment. Finally a daily towel change would also make a difference. Small things which would make a huge difference

The shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom looked like there was sediment in them, we didn't use them.

The room was clean and consumables were replenished in time. The hotel is a 12-minute walk from the train station, convenient for taking trains and buses, and the surrounding environment is relatively quiet.

It can be very noise when there are other occupants in the other rooms. We had a group of ladies who came back at 3:00 a.m and decided it is good to stay in the kitchen and corridor and talk very loudly. This was the only negative.

The room was clean, the location was perfect. Nice restaurants nearby.

The apartment is wonderful, but I took off 1 star, because of the kitchen. We read in the reviews that there is the possibility to cook and the kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen is large, all the dishes are there, but you can't cook. And we were looking for housing near the market, the train station and specifically with the possibility of cooking. So we were very upset. The kitchen only has an electric kettle, coffee machine, no microwave. There is no information on the website that you can't cook. This is misleading.

The apartment is excellent, the location is close to the train station and the center. Modern renovation, cleanliness. The neighbors were quiet. The room had a refrigerator (water, juice, milk) and a coffee machine. Breakfast was included (croissants, crackers, jam, butter, cookies). The bathroom in the room is large. The bed is comfortable.

Some of the apartment's descriptions are stretching reality. There is no 'wonderful breakfast' provided or on-site restaurant, there are pre-packaged pastries and biscuits in the room. Helpfully, there is a good on-street caffe next to the property entrance. It is not Roberto's fault, but a French family chose to ignore the house no-smoking rules and install themselves on the very small balcony just outside the kitchen area - immediately next to our own room's balcony - and chain smoke. No smoking means no smoking. Car parking indeed is available a couple of blocks away; it is a very good multi-storey however the cost has to be taken into account at €20 for 24hrs. It was very unfortunate for Roberto and for us that within the hour before checking out, the apartment lost all electricity and water supply. That. of course, meant that the lift was out of action and luggage had to be carried down six levels. Roberto was very apologetic and this was an unfortunate incident which should not detract from the qualities of the accommodation.

Location was good for the city centre, although you had to walk quite a few blocks. The apartment was smart, very newly finished and was always very clean. As others have said, drinks and food were provided and there was a quality fridge in the room. A narrow balcony overlooking the street gave the chance to sit outside. Quality espresso machine in the room. The suite does not have its own kitchen, it is communal, however a large refrigerator allowed us to store food and drinks. Very new lift has been installed, essential as the apartment rooms are on the 6th floor.
