For my standard it could have been more clean, especially in the shower, and there is few things to fix in the flat.

Everything is good

We started here for 2 nights and it was very nice. Very comfortable and cozy place, good room and common area with kitchen. It was easy to get to the city center, as bus stop is about 5-7 minutes away from the place. The district is very calm, so it was good to relax and sleep at night. The host is very nice and friendly!

The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The room in the option with a bathroom was cleaned daily, and the whole apartment met all the requirements. Considering the price, this is the best place to stay in Bologna. The owners were extremely polite and friendly, although they do not speak English, you can easily get along with them using a translator. I highly recommend this place despite the fact that it is not in the city center.

I really liked the wonderful kind and helpful hosts! Although they did not speak English, they probably have a lot of experience explaining in Italian in such a way that it is not a problem to understand for a foreigner. We booked the wonderful room with its own spa bath, what a pleasurable stay! The room was cleaned every day. It's close to a bus stop, the host kindly explained which bus to take to and from the center, and recommended a number of restaurants that served particular dishes I was interested in.

Very interesting B&B. Nice, big room and bathroom, balcony. Wifi works fine. Well equipped kitchen. Parking available nearby. The owners very well organized: nice and helpful couple :-) We even walked to Old City of Bologna - it was nice walk from the apartment, so also location fulfilled our needs.

The lighting is very artificial (too white), and there is no private bathroom (no big issue). But I don't want to complain : I came to sleep here and I slept well. I didn't take full advantage of the room (discovered the private balcony only at the time of the checkout) and can't make any judgements about the breakfast 'cause I didn't take it.

The friendliness of the hosts, even if though they couldn't communicate in English, we managed to understand each other. The cleanliness of the room was remarkable.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner was super sweet and helpful and our room was clean and had a balcony wich was a nice plus. The bathroom was also nice and big. Only the breakfast could have had more variety in it. Lidl was close and you could go to the centre to see the sights with one bus. I totally would recommed this place!

It’s far from the city centre and the train station. it may not be a problem for everyone, but they enter the room every day for cleaning, which we were not told about, so we were very surprised the first day. it would have been nice to announce prior. the kitchen oven does not work.
