The bed wasn't the comfortablest, but it was ok ... it was stiff mattress and I had a sore back anyways so it dint help

The rooms were very clean and big, lots of room and with a fridge and TV all worked well and the maids came every day to clean and restock the room

Unfortunately, there was a transportation strike when I arrived, so I had to walk for an hour to get to the place, which was quite far from the top attractions.

The accommodation is nice, clean, and comfortable for solo travellers. I appreciate the convenient communication and guidance for check-in.

A beautiful apartment in a grand 19th century building. The room was very comfortable and was cleaned daily. The location was good as Ottaviano subway station is only a block and half away. There are lots restaurants and shops in the neighborhood, which is somewhat less touristy than those on the other side of the Tiber.

The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The check-in process was streamlined and convenient, especially for guests arriving late evening. The shared bathroom was always kept clean and tidy, as well as restocked with everything you’d need. The complimentary breakfast each morning was also a lovely touch and made us feel so welcome.

Fantastic location close to the metro. The room was spacious and clean, with nice amenities such as the mini fridge. The highlight of this B&B is definitely the host, who was extremely responsive and helpful.

I flew in from Australia and was only in Rome for 2 nights. After long flights this was the perfect place to stay! It was very comfortable and clean, the wifi works great, and the host is very kind and provided everything I needed. I will definitely be staying here again next time i’m in Rome!

Location was amazing right next to the vatican city and the metro. Room was amazing comfy bed and really big. Bathrooms were really good also. Check in was very easy and staff very helpfull

Bed was comfortable, bathroom was always clean, Mattia was lovely and checked in regularly. He even did my washing for me. Also close to a train station, the Vatican, bus stops and plenty of food options.

Nothing in particular but be aware that Rome requires you to pay a tax for staying and also you need to send a photo of your passport.

The breakfast was nice. Mattia cleaned the room everyday. He even washed our clothes one day. The bathroom was shared but always clean. The location is very near the Vatican and you have Metro stations nearby.

I had an inconvenience at the end of my stay when the cleaning/maintenance lady wanted to charge me extra for the residence tax. She claimed that only a part was left, not the entire amount. It is recommended that you take pictures of how much money you have left and where, so that you do not end up in a very unpleasant situation like I did.

Very good accommodation right next to the Vatican! The room is tidy, clean, communication with the owner was excellent. Nice neighborhood.

Everything. Decorated with a lot of taste in every detail. The appartement is filed with the charm of Italy. Gelsomina is very welcoming, attentive and respond quickly to any messages. The place is also calm, quiet, clean and the room is vast. I don’t find any negative thing to say.

Minutes to the Nice Ville station . Location is great for shopping and it is a very easy walk to the water. I will return to this wonderful place.

The room was very nice and cleaned every day. There were drink making facilities in the room and a fridge. Breakfast was provided in the room. The host was lovely and although we didn't speak the same language, we got on well. It is on the second floor but there is a small lift. It was very close to the Vatican and within walking distance to most of the places I wanted to visit. Would highly recommend a stay.

Breakfast is very poor considering 2 persons, soundproofing is so week, that starting from 7 am its impossible to sleep, since you will here all noise from the building 😜. Room doesn't have shower and toilet inside. Cool water pressure is very low.

Location is perfect, communication is nice and response is fast.
