The bulding is at the end of a blind alley, which is very narrow because of the parking cars. My first impression was that we lost. 😁

The location is very near to the old town. The owner is very friendly and he provided useful sightseeing tips. I take picture only one of the room. In the other room there was a comfortable double bed.

The room is part of a private house, and breakfast is served in the shared kitchen and dining area. The furnishings are simple, but the space is comfortable, more of a homely setup.

The city center is easily reachable on foot. The host was very friendly and shared helpful tips about sightseeing. There is parking and garage available.

Breakfast could be a bit more diverse but it was okay overall. I was located close to the kitchen so it was a bit noisy in the morning.

The room was super clean and it had a pretty good size. The facilities are not modern but very presentable. Silvio, is very nice and attentive to the guests needs. The location is absolutely great and if you are comfortable with riding the bike it'll be even better but I walked everywhere and it was great. 13 min walking from the train station and 15min walking from Piazza Bra.

Silvio is a great host, he gave us an overview of Verona history and culture, also recommended great places to visit and eat. And served us a delicious breakfast:)

Owner was very helpful. About a 15 min walk to old town. Room was comfortable. Advice : park your car at the house and walk to town.

I think for the price we paid we got a great deal.

Was looking for an apartment style accommodation to share with a friend for a long weekend (as opposed to sharing a hotel room) and this b&b was perfect. We each had our room and shared a bathroom. The host was very understanding of our late arrival due to a long flight delay, and great at replying to messages. The breakfast was also very good and included coffee, eggs and a range of yogurts and toast options. He went above and beyond and told us about the history and tourist attractions to visit in Verona.

Silvio, the owner is a real host with lots of stories about the city. he takes time to answer questions. we were by bike and we could leave the bikes and luggage with the host the next day. train is very close which was great for us

It was not mentioned that the facility was located very close to railway tracks. (I did not check the map) However, in the bathroom we found earplugs. Luckily, there was no need to use them over the weekend becasue not many trains passed so we woke up rested.

Very good contact with the host. The owner provided us with some helpful information regarding entrance tickets, transport, petrol stations and restaurants. He himself served continental breakfast from 7 am. The place has a narrow parking lot in front of the garage.

it’s a tad away from all the sights. some stairs but no problems for us.
